We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  4. Equipment Guide Tab

    Make a tab for newcomers to view videos and guides ready to go in the app. Scanning the QR code doesn’t always work. Also make it faster for when custom workouts are added to the app and people want to be prepared for an updated routine.

  5. Retain previous data on Apple watch

    Currently in the app your previously completed exercises with weight amounts per rep are available in the IOS phone App. But when utilizing the Apple Watch and going to a previously completed exercise the amount of reps and weight completed is always zeroed out. If this can be changed to reflect your previous weight completed it would allow customers to not have to go back to their phone and dig the info up between sets. For example, if I did standing dumbbell biceps curls last week for 12x4 (40lbs), then next week when I complete the exact same exercise it…

  7. Fit Perx

    When I went to Fit yesterday, it notified me that I was close to a FIT Gym. I started thinking that it would be really easy to add all of the business’s locations that give Fit Perx to the app. Then if you get close to one, the app will tell you that you are in the vicinity of a fit perx and what it is.

  8. This is for members. Show location on all booking screens.

    When in the “things to do” page, there is no indication of which location the classes listed are for, unless I’m missing it somewhere. Either way, it would be helpful if the location was listed or if it is, then make it much more obvious. I use six of the locations, so when I open the app, I can be in any one of the locations. Would be good if the location is shown for all pages. Thanks!

  18. Membership packages

    Indicate current membership package, provide a list of possible membership/ family packages, benefits entitled to each package, and costs to upgrade or degrade possible packages. How much is it to add another member on our plan, how much is it to bring a friend, etc. Anything that has a separate or single session fee should be listed in the price plans.

    Also, provide hours available for said packages. Example: recovery package is only available from 9AM-10PM, personal training from 9AM-5PM, BJJ is available from this time to this time, etc. If all packages and benefits are only available during specific…

  19. Improve Organization

    List clubs and states alphabetically (same with website). Add back options: search by class, search by trainer/instructor. Current layout makes it very difficult to find where to cancel a class. Include polls regarding classes and potential changes to classes BEFORE implementing to give paying members a voice
