We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Notify members when new classes are posted

    Send a notification when new classes are posted. I am not constantly checking the app and when I do, and new classes have been posted, most of them are full already

  5. change your apple wallet barcode to 2d

    current barcode always requires the person behind the counter to stop what they’re doing and help scan the barcode. suggest 2d barcode for better/faster readability at more angles. shouldn’t require eq purchase 🙂

  7. Make screen brightness go up when selecting QR Code.

    When selecting the qr code button, the screen needs to go to max brightness. That allows the scanners to work almost all the time. Then when you exit qr code, it can dim back down.
    Works the same as any airport scanner when you scan your boarding pass.

  9. Would be nice to have a profile if class trainers to be able to choose classes to attend

    Have a link to the instructor name so you can look at their professional profile to determine if you want to go. Even, having a rating would be helpful. Sometimes, I structures name change and I am not sure if I expect a similar workout. It is very instructor dependant and having a profile to glance can help understand her/his credentials. Thanks!

  10. Add how busy the gym is every hr

    Add Garmin Smart watches. Not just Fitbit. Would also be very, very useful if you put the busy times in the app so us as members can see what are the best times to go. Please clear your 🚻 also including the showers.

  16. Mandatory: ”You USE IT, YOU CLEAN IT!!” policy.

    No ones mom works here, or there- any gym!! Or public place, especially a place we all pay good money to be members of. It does not take long to wipe off workout equipment or put things back where they go. Also, if u drop a piece of trash or a USED BAND-AID, pick it up & find a trash can!!! The amount of laziness my home gym sees, you would think no one is really there “working out” NOT WITH THAT LEVEL OF UNCLEANLINESS. & not saying the gym is dirty, but after a rush hour on a week…

  18. The watch app

    The Watch app is simply fantastic. It would be great if they could work alongside the phone app at the same time. For example, when I input something on the watch, I should see it real time on the phone as well. It’s particularly helpful to use these interchangeably. TickTick did this and people raved about it. Anyway, keep up the great work.

  20. clearly describe mind and body classes

    Mind and body class needs more detailed description. Mat Pilates and warrior yoga are totally different yet both listed as mind and body class. Employees in the front know nothing at all and emailing customer service is even worse. Just ask the instructor to state what type of mind and body class they will offer then post in the description.
