We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add exercise comments to remember machine settings

    The ability to enter weight, seat number setting and other settings for each weight machine. I currently use a picture from an Excel spreadsheet, but it would be great to have it in the app.

  2. Bring childcare hours back!!!!

    Need the map like the old app had, where I could click locations and see their hours and CHILDCARE hours also. Depending on the hours at certain locations since they’re all different, it affects which location I can go to with my son.

  4. It would be great to be able to find the clubs hours easily, especially if you are visiting another club.

  5. Need personalized link for gym referrals/free pass

    There used to be a way to txt a gym pass with a personalized link so the member could get credit. That has been lost with the club4 app

  6. Ability to call or contact the gym to cancel

    If you need to cancel attending a class on the same day, there should be a way to call or text. If a class is full or will allow someone else to attend

  9. PLEASE LOWER THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC AT ALL TIMES. We all have different taste in music and itss beyond loud all the time. I

    The music is too loud. Multiple costumers are complaining in the elevator as we leave. It’s causing a headache. We should be able to play our own playlist w our equipment. Noise cancelation ear pods are not even enough !

  10. Make it usable for all members

    I think it's very selfish that this app is unsuable unless you're seeing personal trainer. I just did 6 weeks and now I'm left having to find a new app to track my workouts, which is pretty difficult because from my experience most apps don't work properly or they are overcomplicated. My other option is going back to paper which is seriously inconvenient. I understand this and gyms are businesses that need to make money but this shouldn't be restricted like you have it. I've avoided going to the gym for 2 weeks because I basically have to start over…

    Know if my gym is open with a small green circle if it is open and a red if it is closed.

  17. Add gym location when synced with calendar app

    When classes are synced to my phone’s calendar app, it only shows the name of class and instructor. It would be helpful if it showed where the class is for people with the Ultimate VIP membership.

  18. FULL benefits list with small explanation

    I just signed up for ultimate and i genuinely don’t know what it includes. I thought it included personal training, I guess not. I thought it included the cryo machine, nope, massage chair? Nope planet fitness has a better recovery for the price. For $100 a month I expected more. Supposedly I could bring a friend, but I don’t see that anywhere?? How do people even figure this out??
