We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  4. Initial App Set-Up

    Suggestion: Do not "Set-up" the app every time a user logs in and out. It would be great if the settings were remembered upon first signing in and not asked for a picture, notifications, calendar sync, etc every time a user logs in.

  5. Retain previous data on Apple watch

    Currently in the app your previously completed exercises with weight amounts per rep are available in the IOS phone App. But when utilizing the Apple Watch and going to a previously completed exercise the amount of reps and weight completed is always zeroed out. If this can be changed to reflect your previous weight completed it would allow customers to not have to go back to their phone and dig the info up between sets. For example, if I did standing dumbbell biceps curls last week for 12x4 (40lbs), then next week when I complete the exact same exercise it…

  6. A anonymous suggestion tab for each location we visit.

    For example suggesting signs for everyone in the locker rooms not to get naked in front of others or do not put towel in the saunas door.

  9. Multiple memberships linked

    I got a gym membership and recently added a pool membership, now they are separate membership numbers, instead of being linked by membership owner which doesn't change, because of this I can see the pool options but it doesn't recognize I have membership so can't book like I can for my gym, very, very frustrating! I tired calling the app owner and got an equally frustrating automated phone line, instead of a person. Please fix!!!

  10. Booking: Show only available Trainers

    Currently, members select from the list of trainers to book their PT session. However, it is very possible that not all the trainers have openings on the day they want to book.

    Solution: Gray out trainer options who do not have availability on the day/time the member is trying to book a PT session for.

  14. Club login shouldn't be a "feature"

    Club login should either be the default activation state of the app or a stand alone app. Having to open, then click to get the login barcode is cumbersome and frankly poor api for a mandatory app used primarily and necessarily for club access. Either it's a login app or it isn't. I don't need or want an interface to "get to" login. Steps must be: approach club, open app, swipe, close app. The rest is sophistry. Lose it.

  15. More user friendly UX and other features

    Right now it’s fine, but it’s hard to chat with trainer and send media (vids of you doing workouts) I also wish there was a way to pause the timer bc I spend time waiting for a machine and I don’t want that to be recorded as length of workout finally make there be a way to record reps for right and reps for left

  18. Offer Pilates early am or late pm pleaseee

    Pilates is only offered at 10am on Tuesday and Thursday can we get a Sunday class or early am like 6am or late pm like 7pm for week days

  20. Classes

    List a description of the classes in the app so I know what I’m signing up for.

    Also 6:30am or 7:30am classes. 6am is to early and 8:30 is to late for folks starting work at 9.
