This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Make filters more general to find similar classes

    Right now all classes are listed by specific names instead of categories in the filter, so if I want to find a yoga class, I have to know all the names of each individual yoga class, for example, Heated Power Yoga vs. Hatha Flow vs. Yin/yang. Please list classes by category: yoga, swimming, etc...

  3. Is it so much to ask for some tissue boxes in the locker rooms?!

    Please put tissues in the locker rooms. That toilet paper is terrible for blowing your noise and if all the stalls are taken, then what? Please and thank you.

  4. adding somewhere where we can buy classes (sessions) or to book a trainer

    Being able to find yourself a personal trainer and buy session balances so it’s much easier to get into a class

  5. Ability to connect Amazfit

    I have an Amazfit watch, but there is no option to connect it to the app as there is with Fitbit, Garmin, etc.

  6. The app should alert you for past due payments, probems with paymebts and upcoming annual club dues charges

  7. Customize view of classes

    Add ability to select and save multiple locations. Filter to remove certain classes by time and type. For example : remove classes before 8 AM , remove classes with additional fees , remove ES classes, highlight favorite classes or instructor.

    As we are paying 35 dollars, we should have a pool at every location . For those who love and like to swim or just do it as a sport !

  11. Locations selected do not get saved

    The app ignores users selected locations. Every time restarting the app it defaults to home location only even if classes were booked in different locations and even when different locations were selected as favorite by user. app should save any favorite location selected and not force the user to have to go and jump through multiple hops to get back to the location desired.

  13. I hate this app, it takes too long to load

    The old app loaded 5 times faster and was easier to use. I make other people wait at check in while this app takes forever to load.

  16. Ability to filter workouts by muscle group

    As a user i would like to choose exercises by muscle group. I would expect to do this with a filter with choices like core, calves, glutes, lats, etc.

    Allow linked family accounts for parents to track children. I pay for my child’s personal training and membership and would like to know when he is scheduled for sessions.
