We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. I only use the app to sign in - put barcode on home page

    Seems pretty obvious, for those of us who just use the app to check in. Put the sign in barcode on the front page so we don't have to go elsewhere.

  4. Work till 12am!!!!

    Please put back the hours! At least till 12 am every day and Sat-Sun till 10pm! Even the $20 gym is working 24 hours!

  5. Sync with VeSync/Etekcity home fitness scales

    Sync with home fitness scales like VeSync/ Etekcity because I have one that I’ve been using for years that tracks weight, BMI, body fat, fat fre BW, subQ fat, water, skeletal muscle, BMR, muscle mass, visceral fat score, bone mass, protein% and metabolic age

    It would be great info to sync to the club4 app to share with trainers or just have for personal use across platforms

    Allow notes to be placed on calendar feature by the end user that can be viewed by the trainer for scheduling or info share with trainer.

  8. Add ability to log infrared sauna sessions

    Tracking infrared sauna use would be helpful for those of us who have goals to use it on a regular basis. We should be able to track max temp and minutes used.

  14. Import all available data from my Fitbit and myfitnesspal apps

    I began working with my fitness trainer in March. I started using a Fitbit to track tmy activity for all that time. Ii also have been logging my food with the myfitnesspal app for 150 consecutive days. I have all this data documenting my fitness journey.

    I was first invited to install this app 2 months ago, 7 months into my journey. One improvement that could be is when you sync data. This app only gives one choice when you import. The only option is the last 2 weeks. I wanted to import all my available data but this app…

  15. A anonymous suggestion tab for each location we visit.

    For example suggesting signs for everyone in the locker rooms not to get naked in front of others or do not put towel in the saunas door.

  16. Referral source selection

    When I was signing up, the registration process required me to select a salesperson (who I have never met nor interacted with) in order to continue. Meanwhile it was a club member who referred me. If member and salesperson were referral sources in a drop down menu, then two different data points can be captured instead of one (salesperson name or member name).

  18. Easy see Last tanning appointment

    I need to be able to look at my app and know when I tanned last. There is a 24 hour law on tanning , so this should be a feature to know when you were allowed to tan the next visit. I shouldn’t have to call and ask or drive there to see when I can tan again.

  19. Option to have barcode open automatically when opening the app

    This way you can just open the app and scan right in rather than fiddling with pushing the button. You could toggle the feature on or off.

  20. Pause your membership any time for a fee or have 3 free passes yearly from the app.

    You should be able to have 3 free passes per year to pause your membership amd after that the next ones its for a small fee and it would be nice to have this on the app so
