We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Stop members from camping out on a machine.

    Some people are staying on a machine while resting and blocking their use. If it was a few minutes between reps I would understand but ten or more is too long!

    Do not limit number of locations when including a search. Save favorite locations: more than just one. Ability to cancel class at any time. Push notifications instead of email for waitlist

  6. Memebers should be able to track workouts in the app calendar. Even if it is just what part of the body was worked out each day

    Members should be able to track workouts in the app calendar without having to have a trainer listed.

  7. Show 'book' or 'join wait list' option only when available

    Your app buttons display as blue all of the time, they should only be blue when the class is actually open for booking. If the class isn't available to book yet, it should be gray. Same with the 'join wait-list' function. A user should never be prompted to join a wait-list if the wait list is full, and today you have to click the button to find out. So stupid. Also, anyone who wants to be wait listed should be able to join. There should be no wait list cap.

  8. Week / Calendar view

    Needing to scroll for future class sign ups on future days and the classes that are offered is tiresome and not effective. I would like the ability to jump to a specific day to view classes for that day, and also be able to view my week at glance after signing up to see which days I have activity scheduled.

  9. Use Artificial Intelligence to generate workout suggestions based on a few core questions.

    I love my trainer and the app- BUT- today my trainer forgot to put in a workout for me. I had to guess which muscle group I should focus on and had to do some research on google to find suggestions that I then had to search to see were in the app to create my own workout.

    It would be really beneficial if AI could allow users to search grouped workouts based on muscle groups you want to focus on for the day. Based on some preliminary core questions like: how long can you workout today? What are you…

  12. Give instructors privacy - Remove their last names

    If instructors want to provide their social media or full name, give them that option in class. People should not have the ability to query them so easily on social media or the white pages. Initials were fine before, we should keep that going.

  13. Show a demo video of classes when trying to schedule

    After you click into the "classes" section, and select a class to learn more (i.e. bodypump), offer a brief video showing what the class might look like so the member has a better understanding of what's expected.

  16. Put all weight Equipment in the app

    This app is missing many of the weight machines in my gym. It’s annoying to not be able to fully track your workout. Also, several of the activity trackers do not include calorie tracking so sometimes I save it as a completely different workout just so I can track my calorie burn and I just write in the notes what I actually did.

  18. Comment on individual exercise

    When I finish your workout, I can rate the difficulty and leave a comment. It would be great to have a quicker version of this at the exercise level. That way, I can make notes for myself to increase intensity for the next time or know what night to set the cable resistance, for example.

  20. Ability to delete meal racking individually in the app vs the entire meal

    When scanning and adding meals, you can only add them by if you try to delete specific things, you have to start all over.
