An error occurred while saving the comment Coach Ty commentedStrong support for this. Its October of 2022 and this is still not a thing yet ... how can we make this a high priority for the dev team?

An error occurred while saving the comment Coach Ty commentedVoting for this as the highest carb option;
But I train MMA athletes and would prefer to use this ACSM reccomendation:
20%Pro, 55% Cho, and 25% Fat
Even a 25/50/25
Would be appropriate. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Coach Ty commentedCurrently, with the "Follow Portion Guidelines" Nutrition Habit, We only have the option to allow our clients to check off whether or not they followed the guidelines per meal that day. (one check off, for the entire day).
As a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, I often use the "Hand-Based" portion guidelines to teach awareness and build understanding of energy intake.
I often have my clients track their portions throughout the day;
e.g. Meal 1: 2 Palms protein, 2 Scoops Carbs, 1 thumb fat, and 2 fists of veggies, Along with a photo-food journal I can use to monitor food choice quality, and accuracy of portion estimates.I often do this separate from the Trainerize app, but since you guys are working on your nutrition services for coaches, I feel it would be helpful to have some way to track this in-app, as an alternative to calories and macros (as the same information can be inferred just as accurately)
Perhaps some sort of ongoing (daily) counter, with portion goals set, and as clients consume their meals they can check off how many portions they ate, and see how many they have remaining.
This would work well in synergy with the photo food journal function you guys are already offering in beta mode.
I appreciate all the work you all are doing to make the online coaching process much easier for us coaches, so i would like to express gratitude to the entire Trainerize team.
Peace and love,
Coach Ty

Fix Interval Audio to improve quality of experience and clarity of work intervals
1.) Add "Go"/Beep to signify beginning of work interval
Currently, the interval timer says "3-2-1" and then ambiguously begins the work interval.
2) Add a different sound to signify the beginning of a rest interval, if one is added
This would let the client know that its time to begin the rest interval if one is given.
This still allows for the freedom to create EMOM workouts if a rest interval is not given -- since the beginning of the next work interval has its own sound
3) Add a 3 second count down to lead into the end of work interval -- this would provide a warning to either the beginning of a rest round (with its own unique beginning sound; see point 2) or the beginning of the next work round, As in the case of EMOM style workouts (see point 1)
