For menopausal women it would be best to have 35% protein, 40% carbs and 25% fat. This is a huge population of clients.

I have seen the most success with 40 P 35 C 25 F with majority of my clients wanting to lose fat and build muscle. This options isnt even included.

Voting for this as the highest carb option;
But I train MMA athletes and would prefer to use this ACSM reccomendation:
20%Pro, 55% Cho, and 25% Fat
Even a 25/50/25
Would be appropriate.
