An error occurred while saving the comment In the app it would be helpful if clients were able to go into an "assessments" tab or area of the app and log their results there. Even if this was a feature where you could add from the calendar page as if you were going to schedule a workout or cardio activity you could schedule an assessment. This way the client could go into their dashboard and be able to click begin to start their walk & ideally the app would track their mile time and milage & alert them when the assessment is complete.

It would be great to have this one as well as Behind Neck Reach and Truck Lift Test added for clients to log in the app when it comes to flexibility assessments. These they would be able to go in and record their in in/cm the distance or able to put in 0 if they are able to successfully touch/reach. Trunk Lift is the only one here that does not have a set max or a definitive touch/reach point. I would also like to see the ones Nikki commented on below.
