Build out on-demand libraries of workouts or classes
I would like the ability to separate out sections in the programs tab like "Yoga", "Pilates", "HIIT" and create libraries of workouts/classes that clients can start whenever they feel like it.

I would LOVE to request a feature that allows clients to self-assign workouts or programs from a trainer-approved workout library, rather than requiring all programs to be scheduled and assigned exclusively by the trainer.
Currently, Trainerize only allows trainers to assign written programs with a fixed schedule attached. This limits flexibility for memberships where autonomy and self-selection are part of the coaching model.
Proposed functionality:
Trainers can create and manage a Workout/Program Library
Trainers control which workouts or programs are visible and accessible to specific clients or membership tiers
Clients can browse and assign workouts or programs to themselves from the approved libraryOptional ability for clients to:
Add workouts to their calendar
Complete workouts on demand (without a fixed schedule)Trainer maintains full control over:
Library access
Program visibility
Editing or removing contentUse cases & benefits:
Supports app-only or lower-touch memberships while maintaining high engagement
Encourages client autonomy, consistency, and ownership
Reduces manual trainer workload for recurring assignments
Enables more meaningful one-way communication, where trainers guide through content curation rather than constant scheduling
Ideal for clients with variable schedules, travel, or hybrid coaching models
Creates scalability for coaches managing larger communitiesThis feature would allow Trainerize to better support modern coaching models that prioritize flexibility, sustainability, and client empowerment, while still preserving trainer oversight and structure. PLEASEEE make this happen soon.

This is critical, as I am having to use a separate website for my classes, so clients can easily sign up for my virtual zoom classes and then also get access to my library of classes!

Different sections would be great, and would like sub sections as well. For example, under the "yoga" category, I'd love to be able to have different video series! like "yoga for better sleep" or "yoga for leg strength" and have the 5 or 10 or 20 videos be grouped together so that when they are done with one, they are prompted to go to the next one in the series/plan (maybe prompted to go to the next on-demand video in the series the following day)

This library would be strictly for video workouts and exist separate from programs. Right now we have to add the videos to workout or a program. I'd like to be able to charge an additional fee for clients who want to continue their current program but have access to a video library when they want something different throughout the month.
