Not being able to include instructions on how to sign-up or create an account (ie by sending an email), in addition to not being able to download the app directly from the app store is a poor user experience. The 15% fee far outweighs the multiple steps that a client needs to go through to sign-up and to cancel. I upgraded to the CBA for this feature, to find out that even upgrading and paying a premium monthly fee still does not allow this feature.
