Dear Trainerize Team,
It’s time to talk seriously about the calendar.
As a business owner managing over 50 clients across 3 businesses, I am constantly juggling between my personal calendar, a paper backup, and the Trainerize app just to keep track of sessions—past, present, and scheduled. The current system of manually counting sessions, flipping between dates, or referencing old messages is not only inefficient, it’s outdated. We're in a world where automation and integration are not luxuries—they’re expectations.
Here’s what’s missing:
2-Way Calendar Sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
Real-time updates when a session is booked, rescheduled, completed, or canceled—reflected in both Trainerize and my external calendar.
The ability to view past sessions in calendar format to track usage at a glance.
Integrated session notes or tags visible in the calendar event (not just reminders).
Why it matters:
This is not just a feature request—it's a productivity necessity. I’m wasting precious hours doing what software should be doing for me: cross-referencing calendars, recounting session history, and keeping my schedule from imploding. If Trainerize wants to remain a leader in the coaching tech space, it’s time to catch up on what should be standard. I understand my clients purchase sessions through the trainerize app and can self book, without me manually adding their sessions in but the problem with that is without a 2-way sync I have to keep referring to my trainerize calendar before I schedule anything else on my Daily calendar which is syncing 3 other calendars. It's time consuming and the solution is calendar syncing.What’s at stake:
I love the functionality Trainerize offers, but I am seriously considering other platforms that prioritize intuitive calendar syncing and custom app features. I want to stay loyal, primarily out of convenience for the workout video library, but even the that is inconsistent and still lacking functional exercises (I realize recording my own videos is becoming more of a priority.) This app is constantly growing and doing better but why isnt anyone pushing the calendar and session tracking systems? This is the biggest feature holding me back from scaling because of how inefficient it is with my time, and devalues my service experience to my clients. The other features trainerize offers do not outweigh how important work flow and fluidity is, because all of that ties into client user experience. Maybe it's just me out growing this platform.
Constantly frustrated, Please make this a priority.

Please email me for more details on this, the sooner we can push this part of the software the sooner we can have more trainers utilizing the app with more client app engagement.
