For interval training, it would be helpful to have a reps x seconds option when making unique exercises. For some reason, I'm having trouble using the progression spreadsheet to program various conditioning/interval training progressions. So far, the only solution I've come up with is to treat the conditioning exercise like a strength exercise (reps x weight), but to clarify in the notes that the weight is in seconds, which might lead some clients astray. The only way I can edit the progression spreadsheet to adjust the amount of reps and the number of seconds between intervals is to copy and paste the entire session. Kindly make it possible to view the first names alone of other session participants once again. This is useful for coordinating and planning sessions. Allow users to choose whether or not to display their names when they create a session, as this would address privacy concerns.

A recent app update on 5/7/2025 disabled the option to view who else is registered for the session, although it shouldn't be entirely deleted.

I kindly request that you bring it back with a toggle that people can utilize to disable the display of their names if they so desire. [wacky flip](https://wackyflip.com/)
