The ability to edit an existing workout and change the format from regular workout to interval, etc...
Ex: I created a workout under circuit, but realized that I wanted to load it under interval so the timer would run automatically.

Make the completed workout function as a gate keeper
Meaning if clients don’t complete the scheduled activities/task for the day or week they are locked out of the upcoming lessons

Senior (55+) exercises
Seniors have different needs. The aging body and various medications limit what can be done. Chair exercise would be one example.

Add "Steady State Cardio" and "HIIT" as cardio options.
We assign cardio to our clients, but don't want to tell them exactly what movement to do (Elliptical, Walking, Running, etc.) just what TYPE of cardio (Steady State, HIIT, etc.). Right now we do "General" and add a custom target that says "Any steady state" for example, but I hate that it just shows up as the word General.

Track RIR (reps in reserve)
Create more specialized training programs for clients by using reps in reserve to help guide training progress and not leave strength and muscular gains on the table.

I think having a feature that estimates the time of the workout would be a great addition also a timer to count rep tempo

"Adjust All" for interval timers on interval workouts
For the workouts that we build as "interval workouts" is there a way to include a feature where we can adjust all the exercises to the same interval/rest? For instance I have 5 exercises and I want to adjust the intervals from 45s on/15s rest to 50s on/10s rest; right now I have to adjust EACH exercise and rest, if I could have a change all option that would be fabulous and easier to adjust my client's workouts as they progress.

Hiding the next phase of workouts
Hi, I think it would be really cool to hide the next phase of the workout program until they finish their current phase. For example...
I have a 6 phase program and if a new client starts, I would like him to only see phase 1 instead of all the phases 1-6. I think this would prevent coaches from having to give out a lot of refunds because people could just sign up, grab the whole program, and dash before making any future payments

Dumbbell Exercise Stat Recording Accuracy
Hello,
I've had confusion among clients and my team on how to record weight stats for Dumbbells.
It seems to me that on the app side it wants total weight to be recorded to possibly account for the total volume stat for a specific exercise. This would make sense for a "DB Front Rack Squat", but on the other hand, if you have a client performing a "DB Chest Press", it seems that there could possibly be an option added to distinguish less confusion for that side of the isolated DB weight. Allow for clients to upload pictures and Gifs into workout comments. For Example; Myzone Heart rate monitor pic in workout comments, or a gif to express how that felt!

Audio added to workouts
Add audio to workouts, for example when clients do EMOM workouts it would be great if the reps are read out so clients don’t have to stop and check how many reps to complete.

Ability to edit or swap out moves within circuit without needing to un group
Right now if a circuit is grouped for a superset you have to ungroup and then regroup to edit that workout. Being able to drag and delete into the block would save a lot of time

Customize TEMPO, REST, and EXERCISE in Progression Spreadsheet
Being able to change tempo, rest time, and exercises themselves through the Progression Spreadsheet. It would be more efficient to progress through one workout rather than creating another similar workout in the Training Plan.
ex:
Wk1 - Goblet Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps - 60s rest - 4020 tempo

Ability to automate the WOD feature so you can create specific workouts to be sent on on specific dates.
I want to be able to automate a WOD to be sent out to a group on a certain day and certain time. I don't want to put these workouts in a program since I have a product that is specifically for WODS.
