This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. accept venmo

    It would be great to allow customers to pay using their venmo accounts. My current clients already do this and I wish I could connect my venmo to app.

  2. Let trainers create folders to store products: challenges, 1-on-1, show prep, diet only, etc.

    I want to have some organization with all of the products I offer. If we could organize by folder trainers would be able to separate generic plans, challenges, 1-on-1 coaching, fitness prep, custom priced plans, and more to create organization in the products section.

  3. expand stripe integration to be able to charge card on file for clients, this streamlines the process and clients like the ease of use.

    I have clients 1:1 that for sessions they just want me to charge the card on file. this eases the UI for the client thus making the experience better. Stripe already has this capability by itself so I wouldn't think it would be that hard to add to Trainerize UI. ultimately I should have all control over my customer experience, something I feel Trainerize still doesn't not lend enough owner control of their business

  4. paid affiliate program that reward the new customer as well as affiliate

    It would be great if some sort of incentive was provided to the client to use the affiliate link.

  5. Ability to see visits and sales conversions of checkout pages in Facebook analytics

    Right now, the checkout page's domain cannot be verified as it's shared across Trainerize.

    Is there a way I can track the successful purchases? Maybe by throwing an analytics event or by redirect them to a page I own.

    Option to select "Limit to existing clients only" option in products, similarly to "Limit sign-up to new clients only" to allow exclusive offers for existing clients.

  7. Automated funds come out day of in person session instead of buying a large session pack

    Instead of having training packs where clients have to fork out 1000 dollars at a time.

    Have a feature where clients can book 20 sessions for example for the month and have the funds for each session come out the day of the scheduled session.

    I have a lot of clients that are hesitant to spend big bucks by paying a large chunk at the beginning of the month. We would get a larger variety of clients if we had that option.

  8. Better permissions to restrict access to certain areas of Payments section

    Owners should be able to adjust admin/manager access accordingly through a customization option or a checklist and grant certain permissions.

    Example: create an admin and allow them to view the payments tab, but restrict them from the summary tab, invoices tab, and transactions tab.

    Admins shouldn't always be able to view summary, revenue and invoices.

  9. Choose date to cancel purchase

    I require clients to give 30 days notice. Which means currently, I cannot enter anything in the system to cancel their purchase when they request it, because there is no option to choose past their current billing cycle. This would be a very helpful feature.

  11. Start a Program the day after purchase

    Currently, if a client purchases a product, the program can start on the day of purchase, the next Monday, or a fixed start date.

    I don't want my clients to have to wait until the following Monday. But, if I select start on the day of purchase, the client might miss out on important scheduled messages or workouts that were intended for day one.

    For example: Let's say I have a scheduled message for 8 AM on day one, but the client doesn't purchase the program until 5 PM, they will miss that message and any important information that came…

  12. Option to un-publish a product (like you can with meals)

    Having an option to unpublish products from showing in the trainerize.me link would be very helpful. Currently you have to delete the product in order for it to not show at certain times.

  13. setup default product automation settings

    Can we please have the ability to setup a default set of values for new products?

    For example, I am never going to sell a package that starts on the day of purchase. They will always start "next Monday", and always be removed from the platform as soon as the program is over, as I make upsells during the program.

  16. Ability to let clients pay in their currency of their country of residency

    If businesses operate in multiple countries, with different currencies, it would be more optimal, not so costly, and more familiar for people, if they could pay in their currency of their country of residency. This functionality is already part of Stripe and works through Stripe directly, just to choose other currencies, it's not yet part of the Trainerize Pay automation. I would suggest to create a functionality as part of the Trainerize Pay automation, where trainers would be able to choose between multiple currencies and so to change the currency.

  18. Ability to pay for a service without creating a profile.

    I have athletes with an account but the parents want to pay. The parents do not want an account and the athletes don't want to share their log in info.

  20. Video instead of image on product link

    This is more of a marketing idea, in the product or checkout link there's an image and description of the product, what about a short 5min video instead of the image, so you can talk about the product, persuade people to buy your product, I got that idea from click funnels(russell brunson) his website template is literally a short video which tels a story, in the description you put the offer, and you get a sale.

    Is it a ridiculous idea that something like that could work?
