Allow 1 on 1 appointments to show which session pack # the client is on.
It would be handy to see the "session number" on the appointment in the Calendar. When appointments are mass-scheduled, say 12 at a time, the client can easily miss a notice for a session. The trainer then has to keep a tally of sessions owed and it can be difficult when they're not labeled. Some long time clients have many sessions and reoccurring session packs so things can get confusing.
It would also be good to check for a client how many sessions they have left without having to go to the calendar and count.

Booking in clients for a bunch of recurring classes in one click
I have group sessions (ty trainerize for making this a function - love it very much!)
The group sessions that always run same day and times can be booked as a series on the calendar.
It is not yet possible to add a client to the whole series. You have to go into each day for the sessions they will attend for the length of time of the program.
It would save a lot of time and help me efficiency. Being able to add a client to the whole series and then remove them from future series when their program…3 votes -
Allow a pre-set group to be added or scheduled a group video call appointment
The new group video chat feature only allows you to add clients one at a time. It's a huge barrier for studios that have a lot of clients. Instead you should be able to add an entire group from your groups list to the appointment at the time of booking. As a studio owner, I wont make any use of this feature unless I could do it this way. :)

Detect user's timezone when logging into the app
Some apps (i.e. google calendar) automatically detect if you are opening the app in the different timezone than before. Building this functionality would help manage appointments in the calendar and would slove any discrepancies between Trainerize user's timezone set up in the settings and the actual device's timezone.

Add an event without being required to select an existing client
Allow booking of an event without it being required to select an existing client. eg. for an initial consultation with a potential client you dont want to add to the app until they become a client

75 min sessions
I would love to see a 75 min sessions, or a way to create a preferred gap between clients
I like to leave a 15 min gap between each of my clients for that i can have smooth transition time to clean my equipment and so i don't feel rushed between each session.
when I am scheduling my clients myself that isn't a problem I just leave a gap. But when they self-book they tend to get scheduled back to back and Its inconvenient and unprofessional to keep asking them to change the start time.2 votes -

Edit Scheduled Classes Repeat Options
CX would like the ability to open a scheduled Class Event and edit the repeat option. For example, if they scheduled a Class Event to repeat every Monday for 12 weeks, they would like to be able to click on any of the scheduled blocks and edit the repeat options (extend the duration, add additional dates).

Put clients name before session times
Calendar on webpage
Have clients name on session times or just name instead of the session times I can’t tell who is who if someone slots in someone else’s spot for a day and I like to see who I have in the day so I know I’m prepared
It has their name in tiny writing in the app calendar which is okay but nothing for the calendar on the webpage when using the iPad I can’t tell who is who2 votes -
Trainerize appointment notes to sync with google calendar
My notes that I put in for specific clients when booking doesn’t show in my google calendar is this possible to sync
If they pay cash it’s easier to track but I have to keep going back through trainerize to find the notes2 votes -
When you update a product, allow it to apply to current people paying for that product. Helpful for my monthly members.
When I add new classes, I want my current paying members to be able to use them. If you update a product, it doesn't apply to people who are already paying for that product. There should be an option to update a product and apply that change to current people who purchases that product.

Disable the feature that allows members to view how many are registered for a class.
Allowing members to view how many others are in class only discourages usage. They hesitate to book if they feel the class is too full. They hesitate to book if the class size isn't large enough. This "feature" was clearly the idea of someone who's never spent a day working in the business of fitness.
