Clients cheat using their fitness watches..
I've noticed that when planning a challenge I wanted clients to use the app workouts they were prescribed to gain their points, but it seems by simply going for small walks and logging it into their fitness watch which is connected to their app they gained the most points as it was still seen as a completed workout. Which was disheartening for others who actually DID put in the effort and do their app workouts. If there was a way to make sure only app workouts collected points this would be better...

Level Up Challenges
When a new client signs up to a set program, we can introduce them to challenges on a "level up" basis. At level 1 it could be to complete simple nutrition tasks such as eat more protein, complete 2 workouts per week, be able to run 2km etc. Once they complete level one, they could then go onto level 2 "difficulty" and so on. I think it would be a great lead magnet and easy wins for new clients signing up to a program. Also it could be set for when someone signs up rather than a set date challenge…

Adding up points or adding rules to a challenge in the midst of it,
I don't know where to put this but my client said her points on a challenge weren't added up correctly- that her total points went down! Here's the message:
Hi. My points before today were at 488. I did a workout 5 pts and one personal best 20pts. I should have 513 but it went down from 488 to 480????1 vote -

earning points for scheduled workouts only during a challenge.
I would like to be able to have a setting where clients will only earn points by doing their scheduled workouts and cardio not anything extra.
I want motivate my clients with the challenge to follow their scheduled workouts. some are busy moms and have no time for extra workouts. When other people do extra cardio and earn points, can be discouraging for those who can't do anything extra.

Have Challenges auto-archive after 14 days rather than 7
Keep the data from challenges that have ended for 14 days before auto-archiving rather than 7 to give a longer chance to pull/save the data.

basic clients in groups
I believe it would be beneficial to allow basic clients access to groups. This allows them to still have community. Also a way to sell products and services. For example let's say they finish a challenge and aren't ready to maybe go to another product or service. Them still being engaged in the community group is a nice touch, they get to see others comments and achievements throughout the group and may give them incentive to purchase additonal services.

Separate nutrition goals and meal plans to make it easier for clients to hit their nutrition goals
Offering nutrition plans = better sales for us trainers
Adjusting nutrition goals from macros to calories = more rewarding for clients when they receive points
I want to be able to provide the value of offering a nutrition plan. It helps incredibly with my sales. I need my clients to be rewarded for hitting their nutrition goals as it helps their progress. I can not do both. It is incredibly difficult for clients to hit their macros perfectly.
This would be a game changer in our business

Duration Limit/Units For Challenges
I'm currently having a 90 day challenge and would like it to days rather than weeks. Also the cut off is 12 weeks and 90 days is 12.8 weeks which kinda ruins it!

Toggle "Anonymous"
I have some high-profile clients that wants to be anonymous but obviously still join in on these challenges without their name being seen by others. I think this is an important feature :)

It seems we can't edit Challenges after we start. This is problematic if we forget something, want to change or add additional info. I
We need to be able to edit Challenges after they start. What if we forget to add something or want to add additional info? Maybe I'm missing something but it seems like once they start we can't change anything. The Challenge feature is potentially very useful but there are some important features missing still.

please add a reply button in a community chat under comments rather than @ them down below (like Instagram or Facebook)
In a community chat I would love to see a reply button directly under that comment rather than having to @ everyone down below. This would help keep comments and reply’s together just like how Instagram or Facebook does it.

Go Live Video Session in group's
I think the option to Go Live in groups will be awesome.
Especially with challenges you need to gather so there is a great meeting.
For challenges using Facebook is not professional while we have a great app...

Allow client to delete a group they no longer participate in
I have a client who’s part of a group with a trainer that left our club. She would like to delete his group from her account, as she is now training with me.

Show leaderboard for challenges on Studio App
Only my clients with Trainerize app or android can see the challenge on their app. All my members that use IOS can’t see the challenge and leaderboard on their studio branded app.

Ability to upload pics for "Groups" logo instead of the options we currently have which look very childish.
Upload our own picture for the logo of the group.

Max points per day on Challenges
Limit the max amount of points that can be earned in a single day (eg. 20 points) so that clients who record multiple cardio activities in a day do not get excess points or if the client accidentally tracks a workout more than once.
