A little text box available for the client so he/she can leave a note.Very good to know the RPE on every set for the trainers to analyze it and get better data and results for their clients.

Prescribe Values and Ability for Client Track Values (%Max for weights, RPE for exercise / set, RIR for exercise / set, %HR in cardio, etc.)
Ability to assign values to individual exercises and sets. In return, client can track these values. More quantitative data to aid in clients' progress.
Both gives the coach the ability to structure a program plan around %based training or effort based training.
Examples:
1. Prescribed intensity of 70% 3RM
- calculates off of previously inputed weights (estimated 3RM / 1RM, etc.)
- or inputed by coach or client
- weight appears on assigned day, athlete still tracks their weight used
2. Prescribed Intensity of 8/10 RPE or 2 RIR

Record Option for Workouts
For at home training: An option to record your exercises as you go, if you are at home alone or a beginner - your trainer will be able to review & provide feedback on form - may help reduce risk of injury.

Track Calories per Workout
I would like to suggest being able to see the calories burned per workout. When a client starts their workout, their wearable tracker automatically starts. When they finish the workout, the wearable will show them how many calories they burned during that particular workout but it is not recorded in Trainerize. We can see the total calories burned for the day but not for each workout. About 90% of my clients have a wearable tracker. They often compare calories burned during workouts in the group chat. Track Rep Improvements In an Exercise, Not Just Weight Increases
I want to see the app track when a client increases their reps at a certain weight within an exercise, rather than just when the client gets more total reps for an exercise.
For example, if a client goes from 30 to 35 pounds for an exercise, they will likely be performing fewer reps. However, as time goes on, the client will begin performing more reps at 35 pounds.
Right now, a Personal Best for number of reps (expressed as volume) is not achieved until their total reps at 35…

Ability to delete erroneous entries. Some synced from two sources.
I have a link to Withings app which doubled up steps from various sources and the were synced into Tranerize. I have no way to make corrections. Also for the sleep tracking. I entered wrong and cannot edit. This completely messes up the weekly and monthly averages. Please add an edit/delete feature.

When a client logs a cardio activity using a Garmin, it should mark it as completed in their schedule instead of creating a duplicate (if the activity was already planned in their calendar).

Incorporate WHOOP / Athlytics style Morning Readiness & Strain / Effort
Trainerize is already connected to every metric that Apple/Garmin push to it so it would be great to incorporate;
- Morning readiness score
- Sleep quality score
- Strain/effort scoreThese can be incredibly valuable metrics for clients to monitor their effort levels each day and determine how hard to push in each session - or in fact, which session to do
From this information, the client can make the decision to;
- Increase/decrease sets
- Increase/decrease effort/intensity
