Switching between apps doesn't erase entries.
In the middle of my workout (tracking reps) when I switch to another app, then back to Trainerize, all of my entries are erased.

Make a challenge that rewards points based on daily steps.
I love the idea of a steps challenge or just adding a feature to current challenges that awards points based on steps reached per day. Perhaps we manually set the target, say 10,000 steps, and if a client reaches this for a day they get the points that we allocate for it.

Whoop
I like the app but only wear a whoop. It's more accurate than others I have tried. Would it be possible to add whoop? I don't want to go away from this app.

Allow the same workout completion interface on the desktop as the app
Clients should be able to mark workouts completed on the desktop in the same way, with the same experience as they have on the app.
Clients working out from home prefer the site because the videos are easier to see, but have to enter the stats to mark it as complete (yes, I know they should be doing this anyway), whereas with the app they can simply mark them as complete and complete the RPE. Why isn't it the same experience across both platforms?5 votes -
Cardio Metric Conversions
It has been brought to my attention that the scheduled cardio metrics do not convert, even if you have it on a separate setting
For example, my running client is American and uses Miles, I am Canadian and use KM
I had scheduled 6KM for her to run and she see's it on her end as 6 Miles which is an extreme error. It doesn't matter the cardio type, whatever metric you use will give the same number even if the client has profile set to different metric (km vs miles)

Record Option for Workouts
For at home training: An option to record your exercises as you go, if you are at home alone or a beginner - your trainer will be able to review & provide feedback on form - may help reduce risk of injury.

Track Calories per Workout
I would like to suggest being able to see the calories burned per workout. When a client starts their workout, their wearable tracker automatically starts. When they finish the workout, the wearable will show them how many calories they burned during that particular workout but it is not recorded in Trainerize. We can see the total calories burned for the day but not for each workout. About 90% of my clients have a wearable tracker. They often compare calories burned during workouts in the group chat. Cardio Data - More in-depth detail data synced from wearables
Allow the upload of more in-depth from data from wearables. For example, heart rate zones, elevation, speed of particular segments (e.g. 1km time running). This would allow more informed and tailored coaching. The app is brilliant for gym-based training but lacks the rigour that one such as Training Peaks offers for endurance events - this could be a great way to expand the app into a new space in the market with a small change!

Can we have strava available to connect as 90% of my clients use it and a lot of my clients use watches not compatable. Failing that could you make the list of compatable watches bigger.

Track Rep Improvements In an Exercise, Not Just Weight Increases
I want to see the app track when a client increases their reps at a certain weight within an exercise, rather than just when the client gets more total reps for an exercise.
For example, if a client goes from 30 to 35 pounds for an exercise, they will likely be performing fewer reps. However, as time goes on, the client will begin performing more reps at 35 pounds.
Right now, a Personal Best for number of reps (expressed as volume) is not achieved until their total reps at 35…

Watch- show previously recorded data
I cannot use my watch exclusively during workouts because I cannot see my previous workout data without using my phone. Maybe a swipe gesture to see any historical data for reps and weights on my watch
