This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Trainerize Wrapped is a monthly or yearly recap for clients and trainers, highlighting key achievements, progress, and engagement—similar to Spotify Wrapped (was suggested by an actual client haha). This feature would boost motivation, retention, and engagement while providing valuable insights for trainers.

    It would be awesome to be able to sell physical products on here as well for e.g shorts, shorts, gym accessories in your companies name. add them just like any other product but have the ability to manage stock for e.g (make it so if you have 20x large shirts to sell you can enter that limit and once they all sell they mark out of stock).

  9. Calendar bulk editing

    When I add recurring auto messages (or similar) and then realize I need to either edit or delete the automation, I am unable to do so for all/in bulk, I have to go into each event individually, which is a pain if something was scheduled out far in advance!

  11. Can I have two Apple IDs on one iPhone?

  12. Trainerize Support staff allocated to different global time-zones please

    95% of my support technical requests take 2-4 days for resolution due to Canada based staff on opposite time zone to South Australia where I reside. I've used other platforms historically that have human support around the clock as tech staff are recruited in each time zone. It's very annoying when often support staff that mean well don't really understand the problem based on text & provide generic answers (that I can read in the help centre) when I need a deeper fault find or work-around.     There are only pre-made options for Calendar appointments when setting meetings with clients- I'd like to be able to enter a customized meeting (i.e. 1 Hour Goal Setting Phone Call, 30 min 1:1 check-in...etc)

    A section to host educational content.
    Right now, I can set up auto messages to deliver video links, but it can be overwhelming when a client falls behind.

    An 'at your own pace' educational section on the app would be HUGE, and would increase engagement in my community rather than me building a seperate kajabi or Skool hub for them
