Trainerize Support staff allocated to different global time-zones please
95% of my support technical requests take 2-4 days for resolution due to Canada based staff on opposite time zone to South Australia where I reside. I've used other platforms historically that have human support around the clock as tech staff are recruited in each time zone. It's very annoying when often support staff that mean well don't really understand the problem based on text & provide generic answers (that I can read in the help centre) when I need a deeper fault find or work-around.
