Flexible Daily Nutrition Goals
The option to set flexible daily calorie and macronutrient targets, rather than being locked into one static goal for the entire week.
Many advanced nutrition strategies, like carb cycling, calorie cycling, or refeed days, require daily adjustments to align with training schedules, activity levels, or specific metabolic goals. The current system of a single weekly target doesn't support this level of personalization.
The ideal solution would be the ability to customize calorie and macro goals for each individual day of the week within the same plan.
Key Benefits:
Advanced Personalization: Enables the creation of sophisticated diets like carb cycling (high-carb/low-carb…

Have the ability to change calorie quantities on different days for clients instead of averaged out across the week. This will help with clients that like to consume more calories on different days, eg. Saturday and Sunday

WE NEED the ability to better adjust the macros goals with the smart meal plans.
the macro % provided is trash. It can have a variance of 50g of a macro between the options. We need to be able to input specific macros for the daily goal with the meal planner, and even if the recipes dont perfectly hit it, only having 4 vague options for macros is not acceptable coaching.

Nutrition Goal Variance
I would prefer the ability to set the nutrition goal variance by grams instead of percentages to hold a tighter tolerance. Or at a minimum have the ability to set the variance smaller than 10%.

Automatic Meal plans need diversity
Trainerize defualt auto meal plans are basically pinterest fantasy meals, overpriced, complicated, and totally unrealistic for most people. Clients dont stick to them. Nutrition coaching isnt about making food "look pretty" its about making it practical, affordable, and enjoyable. As a coach, looking at the meals don't even make sense to me. I coach people who live in cattle stations and they don't always have food avaible to them. I am quite happy making custom meals plan which i do but having automatic ones that actually work would be way more time efficient. Focus on simple, budget frinedly meals. Clients…

Nutrition
Integrate Myfitness Pal with trainerize meal plans . A clients request. Unless there’s an app that can log the meal plans in with the food tracking app? My client is a little annoyed about always have to log in the meals individually / ingredients all the time. So far she’s liking some of the meals !
LET ME KNOW , what we can do!
Thanks.

Nutrition target phases
Hey all! My suggestion is to add phases to nutrition targets just like you can add phases/cycles to a training program. Eg. 8 week calorie deficit, 2 weeks of maintenance, then another 8 week calorie deficit etc.
With a big group of clients it can be pretty challenging to stay on top of who is ready to transition to maintenance or a diet break and back to their calorie deficit, resulting in lots of screenshots on my desktop to keep track of their deficit and maintenance calories between their phases as we currently have to edit their existing target manually,…

Favorite meals from Smart Meal Plan
It would be nice if clients could favorite their most liked meals from their Smart Meal Plan and not just from the discover tab. If they tried a meal from their meal plan, they have to go search for it in the discover tab. It would be helpful for them to be able to just favorite it right from the meal plan section.

Add More Simple, Batch-Cook, Bodybuilder-Style Meals
Many of my clients prefer — and see the best results from — straightforward, batch-friendly meals without extra sauces, toppings, or complicated ingredients.
I’d love to see the Smart Meal Plan Master Library include more classic bodybuilding staples like:
Proats: oatmeal, whey isolate protein powder, berries
Chicken & Rice: grilled chicken ******, rice, steamed veggies
Ground Turkey & Sweet Potato: with green beans or broccoli
Egg Whites & Ezekiel Toast: with avocado or spinach
Salmon & Quinoa: with asparagus or zucchini
These types of meals are easy to prepare in bulk, macro-friendly, and ideal for athletes, competitors, and clients who…

Let Us Disable Meals We Don’t Approve from Smart Meal Plans Master Library
I would love to have the ability to disable specific meals from the Smart Meal Plan Master Library so they don’t appear as options for my clients.
Right now, there are meals in the library that don’t align with my coaching approach or my clients’ nutrition goals. Since I can’t remove them, I’m left having to tell clients “don’t eat that one”—which can cause confusion and undermine the plan’s simplicity.
Being able to hide or disable certain meals would make it easier for trainers to fully customize the Smart Meal Plan feature, ensuring all available options are consistent with our…

Creat your own meal plan!?!?
When paying for the advanced nutrition feature, or even without it, you should have the ability to create your own meal plan so that it is fully customisable to the client! Number of meals, meal names, visibility over macro/micro breakdown as you build it out, and the ability to drag and drop both your own and the trainerize recipes into the plan. You should also be able to just add foods to the plan for example a yoghurt and banana as a snack - rather than having to make that a meal then add it. This need to be actioned…

Export client macros
As a trainer, i provide in depth check ins each week which displays the clients macro breakdown, averages etc. it would be a handy tool to be able to export a selected date range of their macros into an excel sheet, similar fashion to how you can with workouts.
