Upgrade the group chat feature
The group chat feature is old. The group chat emojis are a bit childish for an adult platform. And the fact that it is only one thread in the group makes it difficult to respond directly to people.
Could this be upgraded both to modernise it and to also make the group chat function easier to use.1 vote -
Adding a specific filter to the challenges. Clients will only get points on specific challenges not with every workout
Fare challenge race if clients have different workouts plan but want to compete on a group challenge

group messages
The entire group messages section needs to be updated. It needs to have similar functionality like a group in Facebook Groups does.
-Automatic/Scheduled Posts
-Search Ability. (Messages get lost in the thread and are hard to find)
-Longer Videos. It's important to be able to share videos with all the clients, and the :60 cut off severely limits this.
-Polls.
-Threads: Be able to comment under a specific post, rather than a constant stream of messages.I'm posting this again, I mentioned this back in 2024 but there's been no progress on it.
This is more important to me as…

No instant messages on the challenges for motivation.
The challenges should have a way for the trainer to put motivational messages to keep everyone involved in the challenge.

Allow for Bigger Files to be Uploaded in Groups
The file capacity is super low. Some of my pdf's I'd like to share with my clients cannot be shared in this app due to size. This is kind of ridiculous.

Basic Client Group Chat / Community for Lead Gen
Give access to a Basic Group chat so we can add clients in for lead generation. I would rather have a group in Trainerize instead of on facebook, Skool, or WhatsApp. Should be an easy integration as group messages are already possible.

Make the challenge portion more customizable and easier to use. I want to be able to link a certain workout to a challenge.
I want to be able to link a certain workout to a challenge. As well as create a habit for the whole group vs having to set up the same habit for each individual.

Allow basic clients to participate in a challenge at least once before becoming full time.
Allow basic clients to be able to do a challenge at least once before becoming coaching clients. I got 200 people willing to do a challenge but they are not all paying coaching. If they could get a trial version of what it's like to be coached online it would increase the chances of getting them on board. Features could be limited since it's free like one single program for everybody, less customization etc.

Be able to create own challenges
So when creating a challenge I want to be able to put specific challenges i.e. reach 10,000 steps, went to gym, stretched etc. I think the preset ones don't work as well especially when trying to create more leads and gain new clients

Allow for multiple programs to be added to a Group
I would like to be able to attach at least two different programs to a Group to allow for a "at home/minimal equipment" program and a "in the gym/more equipment" program (for example).

Put a limit on how many points clients can get from each area to prevent spamming activities
The ability to add more guardrails or restrictions on how many points someone can get from each area either total or on a per day basis would help prevent people from gaming the system.

rewards
Is there a posibility to give them a build on reward? Like if i come 5 times you can get a towel or 10 times a bidon. Or what a club/trainer wants?

Difficulty with adding clients to the challenge
When adding clients to the challenge individually, the list is capped at a maximum of 500 names, making it necessary to manually type in additional names to include the rest. This limitation needs to be addressed.
Additionally, the bulk client-adding process using tags could be enhanced. Tags might work more effectively if they were aligned with the client groups in the app, similar to how habits are assigned to specific groups. This would streamline the process and improve functionality.1 vote -
Separating habits in "Challenges" to earn points on importance or difficulty
Is there a way to add multiple habits and assign different point values to each habit in the "Challenges" section?
For example, I have a challenge with three separate habits:
Walk at least 7,500 steps today.
Drink at least 64 oz of water today.
Avoid alcohol today.
Currently, all habits are grouped under the same category, and they earn the same number of points upon completion. It would be great if we could assign different point values to each habit based on their difficulty or importance. This would allow some habits to earn more points than others, reflecting their unique…1 vote -
in app rewards
The ability to add "Trainerize Points" in the session credits that can be redeemed for cash or prizes. Similar to credit card points, you would have a frictionless reward loop for the individuals who pass challenges and complete favorable action steps.

measurements
Need a better way to see all the measurements vs last week all in one place, rather than clicking in to every measurement page. We used Apotheo previously and the check-in process is so streamlined because last week's biometrics vs. this week's to see the change as well as from the start to this week so you can truly see overall change. That would be amazing and save so much time digging through all of the unnecessary pages!
