Free Trial Period without credit card
I want to create a program where I can "sell" a 1 week free trial. With payments they have to put in a CC number before they can move on and I think that will scare everyone away. I would like for it to only require a payment if the cost is greater than .01

I think we should have the option to have a credit card up front or not, that would be perfect, a 7-10 day trial period would be ideal. I agree with Allie smith-cobb ideas on everything else

I think 3-7 days would be ideal. Not sure about credit card upfront either has pro's and cons. Perhaps the option to turn it on and off?

I offer a 7 day and a 10 day. Yes I want to collect the CC before the trial period.
Currently for my trial, they are subscribed to my membership program which is a month-to-month training membership. at the end of the trial, they get billed and keep going through the program.
But I would also like there to be an option where I attach them to a "jumpstart program" where they try that for x amount of days, and afterwards are transferred to the membership program or inactivated due to cancelling the trial.
If this is going to be a thing, it would be nice that you can set a future inactivation date. Because if they want to cancel the trial but you want them to get the full experience, you can set it to be inactivated at the end of 10 days.

Would be nice if we could offer a TRAIL for potential clients - without having to pay extra on our side.
Even if we were given an allowance of TRIALS spots per month and for a limited period (7 days, 14 days, 1 month, etc) for potential client....that would be nice.
As of now...if we wanted to open up 20 or more spots for potential clients as a trial...it would immediately come out of our monthly paid pull.

I would like to bump this one because I think that clients that win free training (a promo code) as part of a promotion shouldn't have to add their CC info to redeem it.

Free fitness challenges are excellent ways to get new leads, but there're many who only try the 4 week challenge and then leave. I'd like to be able to add them for free for a month instead of upgrading each time I run a free challenge

I think it would help a lot. Recently I just introducig the Online personal training in my Country. Right now I have 255 clients in my fat los challenge for 10 days. If I could get more clients in my free challenge would be much more people who would know about Trainerzie!
Does not worth it for me to pay 300 dollar or more for the free challenge. But right now I have to.

Could we please have a link to allow clients to sign themselves up?
If we can do this I will put it on the of my sales funnel to scale up. Having to manually do it will not work for the amount of new clients I aim to bring in.
I am currently finalizing the funnel and putting a lot of effort in to systematizing the whole system.
This would work very well I could just put the link in the thank you page so they can log in themselves

Programme is stored unsigned to anyone > client purchases programme > copy programme to client > make modifications for client specifics > profit
I thought this was how trainerize would work. I make my already successful programmes and store them, the clients sign up and get access to my programme. Instead I have to copy everything over from one individual to another.

I agree 100%. I do not currently use trainerize, but I love the platform. However, the fact that I cannot find a way to automate memberships/sign-up is holding me back from purchasing trainerize!

This the life-blood of my business. Having this set up with an automatic reoccurring billing/ or one time purchase options, then an automatic invite would save my business so much time management.

Same same... we have some programs that people sign up for that are pre packaged programs and everything we do could be automated but at present is manual.

This will allow MindBody clients like us to let our clients enter all of their info, create their account and pay without any needed intervention from us.

Love this idea! It would definitely be helpful to trainerize since the amount of client profiles would increase rapidly.

I am trying to build a customized membership portal... so when clients sign up with me on my membership portal they can sign up on trainerize and get custom made template workouts that thet can do at a gym or at home. Basically... hands off for me... they just pick which workout they want. Any idea when this is happening?? Trevor

This would be really cool. I plan on offering free consultations so it would be icing on the cake to have a way to label a new client as being active or currently in trial or consultation and set reminders to delete their account if they do not sign up after a particular period of time.
