Have a business support or shared inbox, so the reply workload can be spread out
I want to allow my assistants to be able to log in as themselves, and see messages between me (and/or other trainers) and clients. As is, they have to log in as me, and answer as though it's me, but say "hey, it's Lauren..." Based on the description of the Admin role, it seems like this would have been possible, but it's not. This would be very helpful for studio / enterprise level customers like myself with 300+ clients in the system.
It would help if we can share a collaborative inbox.

My assistant coach texts his clients instead of messaging them through the app so personally I would like all automated app messages to be sent from me, the owner and face of the business.

Its annoying for our clients to not be able to message our customer service reps unless they first reach out to them. Wish there was an option to allow clients to message all or certain staff vs waiting for staff to reach out

This is absolutely needed, Team Coaching is a Huge part of the Fitness Industry and when you cannot see what other coaches are conversing with a member about. Not to mention for Admin's to be able to see interactions between client's and coaches.

We have multiple coaches in our business and there are a lot of 'general' questions in the DM's. We would like to be able to both answer questions whenever possible and we currently can only see the clients we are 'assigned' to in the DM's. Giving a coach admin capabilities should allow them to see/receive all client DM's (or that option should at least be there).

If you scale with Trainerize, and you get over 200-1000+ clients, you need to be able to manage this and you cannot do it yourself. Therefore it should be a option to have multiple people be able to sign into one account.
So there’s only one trainer account that the clients can speak to. So they always have the same trainer. BUT on the back and it’s actually multiple accounts.
If this would be possible it would be very easy to manage ghostwriters, so I, as a business owner can see which ghost writer sent which message.
The current problem is that we have six personal trainers who sign into the same account and I cannot see which trainer sent which message because all our clients are assigned to this one the trainer.
I know I can create more trainers with the same name but this does not solve the problem.
It would be much easier to just have one trainer-account that multiple people can sign into but on the backend they have their own login.

When you have a team of coaches so 2 multiple people are on a client account that the coach and owner can both see PM so we dont repeat conversations etc

From a quality/leadership/customer service standpoint, the ability to read Client/Trainer interactions is a necessity for an Admin.

In our business, we have 1 persona where all clients are under the same trainer. We want a collaborative, business inbox that we can have multiple people replying to clients on behalf of one business account.
Similar to Facebook or whatsapp messenger

Group message option between 2 trainers and 1 client without having to create a "group" feature

It would be nice for a team of trainers to be able to see all messages to and from clients.
