Ability to add our own meals / recipes to a library for clients to discover
Be able to add recipes to a library and clients can use directly with the caloric and macro information.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We’re marking this idea as completed! You can learn more about how to create custom meals/recipes here, and you can see how your clients can discover your custom meals here.
We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas such as adding your custom meals to the Smart Meal Planner or have ability to create your own Custom Meal Plan or ability for clients to create their own recipes.
Thanks!

Can someone please tell me why I can no longer access the recipes on Trainerize? Once it's been synced to MFP, it just sends me there for anything recipes or food. It's really irritating because I like the searchability and layout better for the Trainerize recipes. Is there a fix for this?

Unable to use my own recipes for clients meal plans. Frustrating

At the moment I don't know why app has the feature to create own recipes as basically for none of my clients I can use my own recipes. Very frustrated.

Create custom recipes through multiple ingredients and portion sizes. My fitness pal has the ability to create custom food, meals, and recipes and then you can log it based on portion size.
Trainerize currently can create custom food and meals, but not recipes. This would be a great addition

Adding our own recipes is crucial. Some clients want certain recipes on their plans.

Having the ability for clients to enter coach recipes into their diaries like they can now with the new meal plan feature as well as create their own recipes

I would love if the clients would have the option to dive into a library, so its not just attached to a mealplan but they can use it as inspiration for all meals if they run out of ideas for their nutrition, so you dont assign 1 recipe to 1 client, but that you can build your own library that is accessable to all clients and maybe a place for coaches to upload their r recipes to share with others, so we can create one big database 😃 just like with the exercises for example!

area to upload recipes like we do workouts to add to a clients meal plan instead of just a PDF - eg I can then ‘quick add’ 4/5 recipes per meal to their ‘meal plan’ each week as suggestions for them to create instead of spending hours on a pdf for them

This would be incredible! I have all these recipes as exercises at the moment and it’s quite messy

Ability to publish new meals into database and notify clients and have clients discover recipes they can cook and track.

I would like to eventually be able to create custom meals in the new in-app nutrition tracking system.
I think it would be great to be able to manually create a meal (ex: 4 oz chicken/ 50 grams white rice/ 8 oz asparagus) and then once I save it, all of my clients can have the option of clicking on it in a tab inside of the nutrition tracker.
This way they don't have to manually input everything themselves, as I don't entirely trust my clients to log things correctly.

A way to add recipes that the clients can use to access if they need it for weight loss, toning and building muscle
