Overlaying a programme of education (nutrition, mindfulness, motivation) with video, attachment or message content pre-scheduled as a master programme to overlay any other programme already subscribed to as an add on product please.
Ability to switch out the individual options scheduled in a master programme (workout, cardio, message etc) and replace with a different set of scheduled items (e.g. switch out a range of workouts scheduled for a beginners set of workouts as an easier option for some clients without removing all the scheduled message content of cardio, take stats already scheduled in the original programme. -

So if your client wants to work more on a certain area rather than having to keep adding extra bits to a program for different people you can have programs already made and bolt them onto each other like a plug and play idea!
For example you have a strength program you’ve created and be able to bolt on an warm-up or an arm program you’ve already created aswell so they now make one program.
Also for example if it’s a warm up you can put it to bolt onto the front of the workout if it’s a core or arm program you could bolt it onto the end

I would like to offer clients a stretching program to use separately from their exercise training program
Thanks, Sandi -

1. I would like to create a foundational master program that all my clients subscribe to... and then have add on master programs they could follow individually.
2. I think having both options would be great... meaning me manually assigning the programs... but also having the option for them to self select.
For example... I'm currently building a foundational master program that all my clients will be subscribed to. It's a little more advanced training though... so I'd like to build a beginner 4-6 week program that clients could opt-in on their own and complete to build confidence... before moving on to the more advanced training. But I want them to still be apart of the foundational master program as well... so they aren't missing any content I've created in that.
3. I see it as an upsell add-on for sure.
For example... my foundational program is going to be like a monthly subscription program... lower cost.
Add-ons would be like:
-1-on-1 nutrition coaching
-group nutrition coaching (once you guys allow us to build habits into master programs)
-beginner bootcamp
-21 day challenges
-etc -

My example for this:
I have several 'at home' training clients. One chap has a heavy bag for boxing and hates running. Another client can't run, but has a rower.
I would like to be able to set up a standard Home Strength training program and then assign each client to a different at home fitness program that will sit on top of it, i.e. with a rower or boxing.
I would also like to add in a rotator cuff program, for two clients who have shoulder issues.
The idea is to have it as modularised as possible, and just assign the appropriate programs to each client.
The inability to personalise workouts for clients on programs like this is the only thing holding Trainerize back from being amazing.

Hi guys,
I would like to combine a gym program and a running or cardio program. Example would be for my athletes that play rugby or my marathon athletes that need gym work as well. -

This feature is well needed.
With the new add-on feature it would still be great to add unlimited core programmes as well.
If the ability to pause programmes could also be added would be perfect.
Say your client injures themselves we could then pause the programme and add a new programme to help them get around the injury. Once there sorted we could unpause there original programme.
It would also be awesome if the system kept a record of what programmes they have completed or show where they got to before it was removed.

Hey guys.
This would perfect for building in “blocks” especially in challenges.
Ie: everyone gets the same base challenge master program. Which includes all the messsges and structure (and habits when you add them)
But then Mary needs shoulder mobility added in
John some core strengthening to stabilise his back
Jenny is postpartum and needs a lower intensity.
This way we could give them a base program “framework” and just lay specific “add-ons” on top of each person in the group
Make sense?

I would like to have their "Main Program" That I subscribe them to with 3 or 4 workouts, then give them access to a "Master Program Database" with different fun, more random, less structured schemes that they can pull from anytime they want to mix things up.
This would let me subscribe every client to that database while still having their personalized program set up for them

For example, I would add a resistance training workout that would be 3 months long with 3 different programs at 4 weeks each but I’d also like to add a 5k training program that would be 8 weeks but be able to add both. I would also like to add a mobility program to a client that is the same exercises/stretches for the duration of them being a client
I’d also LOVE if clients could complete an assessment/questionnaire through the app and based on their answers it assign them a program (beginner, intermediate advanced)
I would not be charging for the second program (as mobility and a cardio program would be just part of their overall program)

I would like to be able to have a client on a program but then also put them into a "group" that also has a program. For example- challenges that need to have a group so they can see each others progress and use the same program but they may also be a paying client that already has a daily workout assigned to them.

I have a cardio and core program but a lot of people are looking at doing them both. But a lot of them want it separately. I’d also like to do challenges for one of my program, mainly with a lot of auto messaging. I’d like to be able to add people who are apart of my one program to my other challenge program

With the current situation with cover-10 as trainers we need this more then ever to be able to add a home programme ontop of there current training programme
