CrossFit-style for time workouts or timed circuits
Ability to time-cap a workout and have the atheletes put in the time taken for that workout. Be useful to build ladder/pyramid type workouts and put in total time

Adding an option "for time" when programming a circuit. This would allow to program circuits of "max reps in X amount of time". Then client then could enter how many rounds and reps he was able to do in the given time cap. For now we are limited to programming a set amount of rounds in circuits.

The interface doesn’t really have a good way to allow programming “for time” workouts, or workouts where a client would do a circuit for “max rounds in ____ time”.

Show stats with the seconds included, not only minutes. I can see the seconds via the Apple Watch, but not in the app or online. Also, to be able to record the time for each circuit and/or superset.

When building a new workout or creating a master, the only current options I have are “Regular, Circuit & Interval.” Would love a “Metcon” or “Custom” option so I can so something like:
For Time:
3 Rounds
10 Air Squats
15 Push Ups
20 SitupsRight now, if I choose Interval workout, which says it’s for metcons, I have to choose a time given for each individual movement and doesn’t give me the option to not have a time for each movement. I want to know how long it takes them to complete the whole workout regardless of how long each movement took. Their score would be their time in this example.
And then have them prompted to enter a score, like a leaderboard almost, so everyone in master plan & group can see that others have completed. I know it pops up in the group chat, which is great, but there is only the option to rate the workout and leave an optional comment. I want to actually see scores so I can gauge where they are.

The ability to set a timed circuit (for things like AMRAPs) when programming workouts, versus just being able to assign the number of rounds

There is a stopwatch function in the exercises now but it needs to go higher than 5 minutes, count upwards and have a 10 sec coundown. And the time when you stop it should be displayed so it can be entered into the workout.
Now it is finally possible to set rest period higher than 5 minutes so I can use those for longer AMRAPs -

i think this would be great for timed metcon style workouts as well

Workouts are timed from start to finish. Clients can have more insight and trainers can gauge their client’s intensity levels if working virtually.

When performing a circuit, for example 10 squats, 10 sit ups, 10 sit ups for 4 rounds. There should be a way to record the time taken that is then recorded and can be seen on a progress graph.
Saw the client took 10 minutes to do this workout the first time, then 8 minutes the week after, then 6 minutes- this should be able to be easily viewed on the app, rather than improvement of each exercise which isn't as relevant to circuit workout sessions

Include a global timer so client can track session time. Could be used to try to beat previous session completion time.
