I'd like to have a standard video course library walking people through their program, put it into Trainerize on my people's calendars, and have it be drip fed. This type of stuff covers things outside of fitness like nutrition and mindset. I want to upload that to everyone's programs but also be able to copy pre set training programs onto the same calendar. Therefore I have 2 programs in the same calendar time frame

I’d like to give my clients the habit to drink smoothies or eat a salad for at least 4 days of the week. I want them to be able to place that in their calendar so I can see it.
