Allow trainers to log into the app and track their own workouts.
PLEASE make the app recognize that we as trainers, actually use the app for our own workouts as well. There is no reason we should have to use a different email account for our training and workouts than we use to log in to access our clients. It allows me to track my own workouts as the trainer, but it doesn’t recognize that I have “logged in” at all. Therefore, when you make new changes we all wanted, like the Apple Watch syncing, it doesn’t show up for us unless we log out completely, log in to our never used email account as if we were “only” a client. With all of the great technology this app uses, I don’t understand how this is not something we already have. I get that we have to take up a spot in our client list to record our workouts, but there should be the option to do so AS THE TRAINER/owner, rather than logging out, re-logging in, and then having to sit through initializing the app/icon/message/notification setting prompts, just to get to our own profile. And then after completing our own workout, when our next client comes in, we have to now log out of our account, re-log in advance the trainer, wait again for the app to load and initialize, set our notifications all back up the way we need them for our business etc. It just seems so redundant and this seems like a basic function. What trainer doesn’t use the app for their own workouts too?
*I posted this in your Facebook Habits group and the overwhelming consensus was that most want this to be a thing. It is tedious and just annoying to have to log out and log back in or to keep logging out workouts as if we are not in our own profile.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for coming to the idea forum and adding your vote to this idea.
We’re keeping this set to ‘Not Right Now’, as this isn’t something we have any immediate plans to implement.
As Trainerize is really built from day 1 for a client signing in to interact with their trainers and track their fitness.
However, you can use the Peak Fitness labs app and sign in as a client. This is the app we use to train our team internally but you can sign in with your credentials.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We’re returning your vote to you. Please come back and vote on ideas.trainerize.com.
Thanks.

I’m a trainer but i also have another trainer training my on the app. If there’s a way to switch between accounts without using so many different devices, that would be awesome!!

Allow Trainers to Follow Program Like a Client without Logging Out & Back In As. Client... I would love to follow the system as Client and Trainer with all the Alerts to my phone without switching which account I am using and missing my own Reminders etc.

Would be great if trainers could create their OWN personal workout plan in the Trainerize app without having to create and pay for an additional client using a different email address.

When you pay for slots one should be open for us as the trainer to add our own training

Allow trainers to have their own account to set up their own workouts, nutrition and log data. I am paying for client's to use this but cannot use it myself... it would be great to be able to include all of my own data rather than having to use another platform for myself

I second that, no demo client is better than a self training, especially keeping track of measurements. You can't just make those up!

YES! That way we don't have to log in and out of the app.

Yes and make it shareable to social media as well as to the Group messenger in the app so we can use our own work as motivation for our clients.

This would be very helpful. Creating separate accounts is frustrating, especially with multiple trainers.

This would be amazing. I currently do this but it means I have to weigh up my own training vs bringing in another client

I am a trainer myself so I train my own clients but I'm also a client of another trainer who uses the Trainerize app to train me. Having the ability to switch between the 2 profiles without signing out/back in would make it much easier.
