MindBody Appointment Sync
Need to have the calendar from Mindbody sync with Trainerize. We need to have the ability so that clients can book in (schedule in) for a personal training session with a personal trainer using Trainerize phone app. At the moment clients in Mindbody have personal training sessions booked in Mindbody 6months in advance with a personal trainer. They get an email reminder from mindbody about the session the day before but are unable to change or book a future session on an app, (they have to do it via the web). If we have 100 Personal Training clients and 6 personal trainers with different availability, entering a scheduled workout for each client is to time consuming. The client needs to be able to have the workout emailed to them after it is completed with the personal trainer not before the workout starts.

It would also be great to integrate mindbody bookings for classes. Basically fuse the apps so there's no need for the two of them. Booking and attending a class automatically creates it in a clients calendar

We are new on Trainerize but this would be huge for us. We want to be able to link workouts to specific classes on Mindbody and when the clients check into class it would check off the workout being complete. We would also want to be able to define Mindbody classes that are considered cardio. We would also like this functionality to work on the enrollments features in Mindbody as well

Am I able to sync clients calendar with mindbody class schedule yet? This would be a massive deciding factor as to whether we go forward with implementing this system.

Yea I thought it was weird that you are linked with MindBody, but the only thing that got us was populating a clients info. I just assumed that when a client books on Mindbody that it would sync to the Trainerize schedule. Then from there we could click on that session on your schedule and input a workout.

Which I guess one of the biggest (for me) is having the client get an "arrival check in" when they start/complete a workout.
