Menstrual period tracking in app and shade the weight loss graph a different colour for coaches
When females have their menstrual cycle, it would be great to be able to see it on the chart with their weight loss, in a different colour

On the Clients DASH they can add a workout of many types. Can we add an option where they add a start/stop menstrual cycle from that same (+) menu?
That way we can correlate that info with pictures and biofeedback!

This is so important and sad that the industry doesnt make enough noise about monitoring it. It would definitely be first of it's kind.
Female hormonal imbalance is a huge factor in achieving results.
Right now my clients are sending me screenshots of their tracking app so I can periodise their program accordingly and open the discussion on whether their nutrition isnt the only thing they need to be mindful of -

With female clients around their period they can experience weight gain and bloating. Adding a period tick box to measurements with some way of highlighting the plot on the graph would allow clients to look back at their progress and see if their period is the reason for any changes to progress.

Allows for women to track hormone cycles and symptoms (directly tied to their nutrition, cravings, energy for lifts etc )

This would be VERY helpful. I find myself am constantly asking my female clients where they are on their cycle. Being able to see habit/lifestyle trends along side of cycle data would be extremely useful.

An option for female clients to enter confidentially their mentrual cycle ( tick box if / when menstruating to allow a logarithmic calculation after 2-3 repeated cycles to highlight the expected next period). This would permit for adjustments in training adjustment and cycling of carbs/ protein if nutrition is part of the program.
