In a small business scenarios, clients should be able to be-friend and direct message other clients to keep the motivation going.

Sometimes, people desire to connect outside of the group forums, but might not have social media and don't want to share phone numbers publicly. I've had a lot of clients request and ask how they can direct message each other within the app!
