I walk 18 holes several days a week. Fast. 2:45 pace for 18 holes @ 6800 yards.
While not as intense as heavy lifting, it's an excellent activity for weight management, cardiovascular health, and brain health. Usually about 14,000 steps. -

Have two new options to choose for Activity.
"Golf - Walking" would be time spent playing golf while walking the course
"Golf - Riding in cart" would be time spent playing golf, but using a motorized cart/buggy

In addition to a generic “golf” as an activity, it would be helpful to have golf walking and golf riding/cart as options.
