7 days,14 days and 21 days meal plan is very much crucial so for atleast 21 days we don't need to add it we can it at once only
and it should have start date like training program

7 days is better for clients who don't want to be racing to the store every few days or like planning their weeks in advance

I have lots of clients who want to get into meal prepping. If there was a way to generate a week of meal prep recipes (Example: 3 meal prep friendly recipes with similar ingredients for 5 days, including 1 breakfast recipe 1 lunch recipe and 1 dinner recipe, with grocery list, instructions for prep, and estimated time for preparation

Most clients are saying they want to do a full week's shop for food so a 7 day plan is essential.

The ability to have up to 7 days of meals, giving clients the ability organise their shopping lists for the week ahead, rather than only having 3 days max.
This would make it easier for clients to be prepared and organised, making it easier to stay on track with goals and a healthier lifestyle.
