Sync external calendars to the Trainerize calendar, so that events created in external calendars sync to, and appear as "busy" on the Trainerize calendar.

Agreed! This is so important. I need my google calendar events need to show up on my Trainerize calendar so that:
1) Clients can self-book
2) I can make client appointments in Trainerize without cross-checking my availability on my google cal.

2 Way sync, which basically means that if I already have appointments in my Google calendar my clients or me can't book on top of that time so we avoid double bookings in appointments.

I've got prospects booking calls using my Calendly link and Trainerize still allows me to book a PT appointment in that slot. Now that shouldn't be possible and I'm genuinely surprised that this has not been done yet

It would be good for the booking function to check for calendar conflicts in the same way Calendly does. Either that or a zap created to allow clients to book through calendly then the zap books their slot within Trainerize.

The sync function only copies Trainerize calendar entries into iCal whereas it would be good if Trainerize could check for conflicts and therefore only show available slots. I'm aware you can set availability but to do this for every single day (adding in any adhoc appts the trainers might have) is time consuming.

I use Calendarly and Google Calendars for various things and those two sync so I am not double booking. It would be very helpful to have Tranerize link to either so a client here isn't booking a session during a time I have something else scheduled. That would save me tons of time cross referencing every appointment and prevent scheduling conflicts.

This enhancement will provide me with a seamless experience in managing my availability and scheduling, eliminating the need to toggle between different applications.

Make it easier to block time off your calendar. I want my clients to be able to self book, but it is unreasonable to expect to have my laptop on me at all times to edit my availability when I need to block sometimes off for a last minute doctors appointment, social event, etc. I should just be able to edit the availability on my app quickly as "busy" during a certain time period so clients aren't booking.

I absolutely CANNOT use the trz calendar because of this issue. I would be double booked constantly. Goohle will forever be my main calendar, and some of my clients want to use the trainerize calendar but it would be chaos. Having them synced would allow me to use both.

Not just Google. Apple iCal too… likely Outlook/Exchange as well — basically, any standard calendar platform.

Failing this, at a bare minimum you guys need to let us manually add events to our calendars that are not dependent on session credits!!!

I feel that I cannot have my clients booking directly through trainerize to manage their appointments sadly.. I have to pay for Calendly in order to have them manage their own appointments... Would love this feature ASAP!

I run a massage business on top of my PT and Coaching.
It would be super helpful if my calendar could sync to the point to buffer out times automatically where calenders entries are. (Massage appointments, simple personal appointments (doctors etc ...)

I don’t understand why this isn’t just already implemented. Every other booking service I’ve used automatically syncs and blocks out availability on previously scheduled appointments so that double booking does not occur. This is very frustrating when you’re trying to streamline services. Please fix this.

Having the ability for the Trz app to push booked appointments to your GCal is mostly useless unless it also reconciles with it for conflicts ie. anything in your calendar that isn't a client session booked through Trz. Please improve ASAP so we can actually use this vital function.
