2 Way sync, which basically means that if I already have appointments in my Google calendar my clients or me can't book on top of that time so we avoid double bookings in appointments.
I've got prospects booking calls using my Calendly link and Trainerize still allows me to book a PT appointment in that slot. Now that shouldn't be possible and I'm genuinely surprised that this has not been done yet
