Workout Readiness Score
When you client is ready to begin their workout, having a check list of sleep, soreness, mood, energy, stress will greatly help with feedback and tracking over the course of the program/training block.

Part of tracking should be a daily or weekly journal of biofeedback, sleep, stress, energy, mood, acute medications taken. CM/Weight is not enough to plan the next phase, seeing the pattern on a graph, can reveal a lot to a coach, so one can individualize each phase, a small thing would be an alert when one sees resting heart rate start to rise, a strong indicator of illness about to hit, this happens 1-3 days before a client experiences symptoms, this would prompt us to pivot and ask the right questions, which in turn can have an impact on predicting overtraining, impending illness, systematic stress overload etc.
