Check In Form Filling System!
Really happy about the new check in form in-app BUT we need a specific tab that shows check in's that have been filled out with what date they were filled out & a space to mark as "reviewed". If you're not reviewing your check ins weekly as a coach, you are failing your clients in my opinion. Therefore we need a system where we can file these check ins and make SURE they are getting captured on the coaches end.

Agreed! I like the general concept, but it's not as easy as it should be to find and review check ins. I have an example client here who has done 2 check-ins for me. I know they're there and I know how to find them by clicking on the exact dates she filled them out. But shouldn't they all be available in a list or by highlighting the dates they were submitted? We need a way to flip through them quickly without going to each client's dash and specific dates.

I agree 100% I currently use jot form and there’s an app where I have all check ins together so I’m not scrolling to find who sent it

I agree, the checkins should be listed within the tab otherwise we are scrolling through the calendar to find them. It would be a great idea to be able to colate the info also, like you can with a Google form. This way you can use the info to make tutorials for certain things which are often asked. Plus feedback can be collated and used on social media platforms.

Yes, I agree! The new check-ins form is great, but coaches need to have a separate tab in the left main menu or somewhere easier to access all check-ins, where we can view all check-ins for clients in one place and not miss any (notifications for it too would be great!).
Instead of searching through the feed or their profiles, which is really clunky and easy to miss some.

THIS!!! I cannot have my coaches using this feature if there is not a running list of what still needs to be reviewed. I'm afraid check-ins will get lost in the mix.
