Improve account set up experience for clients on mobile
When a client gets an email invitation to join the app, they are told to first set up their account, and then they can download the app. However, the set up process (website with a form you fill out) isn't responsive to work on phones. When trying to complete the account set up, clients using their phones (most of them) need to pinch and zoom and pan, while squinting their eyes to try to see. (The client I was working with today, who fortunately I was in the room with as she tried to set up her account, exclaimed "are you kidding me?!?!" when she saw it.) This is an embarrassing onboarding experience that I often need to apologize to my clients for. Please make this look and feel more professional.
