I should be able to give a prompt like "Look at [client name] workout program and history for the past month. Suggest improvements and progressions."

I don't want a generic exercise AI. What I'd love is an AI that can do things look back my clients workout histories and suggest progressions for specific clients. It would be vital that this AI not just look at sets/reps/weights, but also the feedback effort slider and any comments clients leave. There are a gazillion AIs already out there than can build workouts. This only adds meaningful value if it can intelligently look at MY clients and MY programs and work from there.

I like a lot of features of Trainerize and really want to keep using it, but programming is extremely tedious and inefficient as compared to something like coachRX. Vital features to improve programming efficiency:
- Ability to holistically see client's programming WHILE programming their new workout. This is critical. Without this feature I will leave Trainerize and transition to coachRx.
- I shouldn't need to scroll through a dropdown to select a time. Just let me type in the number.
- In the spreadsheet editing view, have bigger text boxes. I should be able to see the entirety of what I typed and easily change something like reps or tempo without needing to scroll.
- In the spreadsheet editing view, allow me to swap out exercises on a particular day. I should be able to do more than just adjust reps, time and notes.
- Let me add exercises using "type ahead" search right in the workout builder, rather than having a separate pane where I type the exercise, hit search and then drag and drop. We don't need 2 separate panes. Just let me start typing the name of the exercise and then have a drop down with matching exercises appear.
All of these things are way more important than AI.
