Terms - coaches need proof client has agreed!!!
Coaches need to receive a copy of the Terms agreement a client has accepted when purchasing a subscription product as proof they understood and agreed to the terms.
I’ve just lost a dispute after a client agreed to a 6-month commitment, then stopped payments midway through. Trainerize provides no confirmation or evidence that a client accepted the Terms before purchase, and banks do not accept “they agree upon purchase” as sufficient proof.
This feature protects coaches in a dispute. In my opinion it is far more important than AI recipe features. I suggested this months ago and there still appears to have been no movement on it which is frustrating.
