Clients being able to post, cross comunicate and interact via a small interactive chat. I.e. Home front - you can post your achievements' other can like and motivate others. Trainers can post group messages - visual to all members. Works we'll in virtual gym application

You can already do this by creating a group within Trainerize. Any workouts completed by a client will be automatically posted and it creates that digital community you are looking for.

I agree right now I have them using facebook chat because it is easier for them to just chat and joke around and share.
This app doesnt have that "live" quality/aspect. -

YES! Glad I perused through older posts... Social interaction is a big key to keeping clients. Just look at crossfit how they have created a "community" that is really tight knit. I am wanting to be able to create an interactive community inside my Trainerize world (my clients, my community) so that they can opening contact and communicate with each other but within a safe arena.
It would also be key for them to be able to share what they have done and see what others have allowed to be shared... meaning I can hide or show my performance. This will allow us to run open challenges.
