Athletic movements
It would be great if there were more functional type of movements and athlete training such as footwork, ladder drills, cone drills & various movement options outside of the standard gym exercises.

Program Selection
I propose the implementation of aprogram selection model within Trainerize, similar to features available in apps like Westrive, Everfit, and Movement.so. This would allow clients more flexibility in choosing and managing their fitness programs.
Detail:
Program Selection: Clients can choose from a variety of programs that best suit their fitness goals and preferences.
Flexible Start and Stop: Allow clients to start and pause their chosen program at any time. This is particularly useful when unexpected events occur, such as illness or vacations.
Program Resumption Options: Upon returning, clients should have the option to either resume their program from where they…1 vote -

Change exercise order during training
Add the ability to drag and drop exercises to change the order during a workout.
When it's busy at the gym clients would like to change the order of the exercises because of the equipment they need to use is already being used by someone else. To keep things tidy and for the trainer to see in what order the exercises were performed it would be nice to have the ability to change the order and log the order of the exercises as well.

Treadmills are versatile fitness machines that cater to a wide range of exercise needs, from brisk walking to intense running. Specifically designed for walking, treadmills offer an accessible and convenient way to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and maintain overall fitness levels without the need to venture outdoors.
When choosing a treadmill for walking, there are a few key features to consider:

15 minute AMRAP
10 alternating single arm DB devil press
9 Strict Pull-ups
8 Burpee to target (shoot for a 6-inch jump)
7 Toes to Bar
rest 3 minutes
15 minute AMRAP
6 Sandbag over shoulder
5 Sandbag Zercher squat
4 Sandbag situps

Create a drag/drop feature when creating workout programs in the master programs!
Can we please add a feature in the Master Programs where we can drag/drop the different weeks within the workout phase? For example, when I was creating a new workout plan, I had Week1-2, Week 3-4, and Week 5-8. It was not lining up in order, as it went from Week1-2 and then jumped to Week 5-8, and then went back to Week 3-4. It would be so much easier if we can just drag/drop the different weeks so they all match up and go down in order!

How to get a lean and muscular physique step by step?
As a fitness enthusiast and author at 'getleanmuscle.net,' I've crafted a unique and comprehensive guide to building a lean and muscular physique. However the following are my favourite tips:
Progressive Overload: Gradually increase the stress on your muscles during exercise. This could be by lifting heavier weights, increasing the number of reps, or reducing rest time between sets.
Caloric Balance: Striking a balance between a calorie surplus for muscle growth and a deficit to prevent fat gain is crucial.
Cardio: Cardiovascular exercises can aid muscle growth by improving energy metabolism, promoting fat loss, enhancing blood flow, and keeping muscles active.

Remove estimated workout time (or make it optional)
Estimated workout time is inaccurate (too short) 99% of the time. Clients are constantly messaging us, wondering if they should’ve done their workouts in half the time — or less. It adds an unnecessary layer of pressure for folks who are already feeling anxious about starting a new program. Please remove, or at least make it optional.

Allow clients to change their exercises in phase.
In order to allow for more autonomy allowing clients to alter exercises in phase. Not just substitute in that particular workout so the change remains for the duration of that phase.
This way a client can swap out exercises when needed from a program, rather than having to substitute every workout or you can supply a program that calls
Quad Dominant - Hi Bar Squat ( can swap for Hack Squat, Front Sq)
Horizontal Row - BB Row (Can swap Tbar Row, Seal Row)
The client can change the exercise which allows you to offer the program to a wider…1 vote -
Space for notes for each exercise that can be seen on that specific exercise's history week to week
A lot of my clients have requested the ability to make notes from their end on individual exercises that they can see week to week. For instance, if they did something a little differently from what I put in their instructions, and they want to be able to see again next week that that's how they did it.
