We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Send mass messages without having to click on every single client

    Having to click on every single client to send a mass massage is time consuming. Should be able to click a "Send to all clients" Button or something like that

    Spell check for the messages we send clients. Not that I'm illiterate, but I do brain dump to clients and spell lots wrong and don't always notice.

  5. A photo folder in the messages chat

    It would be awesome if like "messenger" there is a way to see all photos a client posts in the chat in a little folder. My clients use photos/videos in chat a lot and it would be awesome to not have to scroll through the messages to find them all the time. I often move my clients onto WhatsAPP for photos and video management, but I would love to be able to do all this in the app. I also get stuck with the 60 sec max video sharing, as I often do coaching vids that are longer than 60…

  7. Ability to create and customize our own auto-messages

    I can see this idea is already listed but throwing mine out there too in the hopes that this feature gets added. I have to manually add automessages to my clients program (I save them in a word doc and cut and paste them in). I'm nearing 200 clients so having to do this every time I set up a program is crazy and takes valuable time. This would improve onboarding, client satisfaction and retention and free up the coach's time for building more business.

    It only makes sense to Trainerize and to everyone.

  8. Ability to turn off voice messages for clients in DMs

    I want to be able to turn on or off ability for individual or all clients to send voice messages in direct message (DMs). Right now both me and my client can send each other voice messages in DMs, and I dont want them to be able to send me voice message back as it slows me down.

    I'd love to see the "fire" react, a "like" option, and maybe a "mind-blown" reaction as well, to start. It just seems a little weird reacting man-to-man with any of the other reaction options than the thumbs-up.

  10. Threads for messages

    I've had to move my group to Facebook because it is not possible to create a thread. I do twice weekly group check ins where clients are required to respond.

    On top threads would help organise the chat so that other updates/messages do not get lost.

  12. Allow edits to client workout notes that have already been sent

    If you create a typo in a comment from a client’s workout, it would be great if you could edit those comments before the client sees instead of never being able to edit the comment.

  14. Fix how links display in the chat. Why do links to example loom or typeform, display as an ad?

    When I post a link in the chat, for example, a loom, typeform, etc, it pops up as a big ad.
    Pleases fix this to display the way these links display in text, social media dms etc.
    It's frustrating that I need to send these links to their email rather than in the chat so it displays betters.

  15. Add Voice and Video Messages to Automated messaging system

    Simply put, giving us the ability to add automated Video and Voice messages to any master program and also schedule them in advance. for example I run a group challenge that I would like to add a welcome message to those that participate however right now I have to either opt for a text message or do every single message one at a time which is also very slow to upload.

  16. Message "Office Hours"

    I would like the ability to schedule "office hours" different from the current vacation message ability.

    When being messaged before or after my "in-office hours" I would like the ability to schedule a message stating that these are outside of my office hours and that their message will be answered when I return.

  17. Make it possible to pick a certain time inside the video

    Right now while watching the client's video it is impossible to pick a certain time frame
    For example if I see something at 45s in to the video and want to look at that REP again specifically, then I got to exit the video and watch the first 44s of it again to be able to look at it for the second time

    This REALLY ups the time trainers need to spend on watching videos. Please make it so that we can pick different times through out the video.

  18. Option to delete selected Auto messages from a program calendar

    Currently if you want to delete auto messages in the calendar, you have to select all items. The suggestion was made to have the option to delete selected auto messages rather than all items or none.

  19. Initial Message Option (Coach to Client)

    Coaches need the ability to have an auto-generated message sent to the client (regardless of new or existing) upon PURCHASE of a product.

    As it is you can not automate a message to be sent to a client in that manner:

    Example:

    I have a Nutrition Guidance product. Someone (new or existing) purchases it. They have no idea how to add/schedule an appointment for counseling. If you attempt to attach credits and a program to it that auto-sends a message with scheduling instructions ( I made a how-to screen-recording) or that sends them the "Book Now" links, the only option…

  20. Video player button configuration

    Please could we move the buttons on the video recorder. When I send a video to a client the end video button, and the retake video button are in the same location. So what happens is if I attempt to stop the recording at the same time the video would time out, the end video button is replaced with the “retake video” button. Then it automatically erases the video.

    I’ve spoke with over 200 trainerize coaches (as I am in a coaching group that all used your app) it is a common problem for EVERY SINGLE PERSON.
