This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Stock messages

    I send the same or similar messages over and over. Currently I have them saved in my notes on my phone and computer. But I would love to be able to create a list of stock messages I can scroll through when messaging clients about missed workouts, meal tracking, habits, etc.

  4. Ability to add "notes" next to chat box where it says "files" to see client goals/medications/considerations

    To be able to see the client's goals and focus beside the chat box would help a lot with guiding and realigning the discussions. I have some clients that are taking SSRI's and other medications as well and it would be amazing to see all of that in one place for them next to the chat box instead of needing to open their profie.

  5. Message Reaction Additions

    I'd love to see the "fire" react, a "like" option, and maybe a "mind-blown" reaction as well, to start. It just seems a little weird reacting man-to-man with any of the other reaction options than the thumbs-up.

  7. Show overview of client profile and progress when messaging

    When I am messaging a client, it would be really helpful to see a side bar of their profile. Usually it shows "files". In addition or instead of that tab, having their profile overview would be awesome so I don't have to open up their profile and refer to it every time I'm answering messages.

  9. Add Voice and Video Messages to Automated messaging system

    Simply put, giving us the ability to add automated Video and Voice messages to any master program and also schedule them in advance. for example I run a group challenge that I would like to add a welcome message to those that participate however right now I have to either opt for a text message or do every single message one at a time which is also very slow to upload.

  10. Improved messaging please.

    I currently use Telegram to communicate with clients because I can pin messages, reply to certain messages, and send voice messages. It'd be a lot easier for the onboarding process if clients didn't have to sign up for multiple apps.

  11. Video player button configuration

    Please could we move the buttons on the video recorder. When I send a video to a client the end video button, and the retake video button are in the same location. So what happens is if I attempt to stop the recording at the same time the video would time out, the end video button is replaced with the “retake video” button. Then it automatically erases the video.

    I’ve spoke with over 200 trainerize coaches (as I am in a coaching group that all used your app) it is a common problem for EVERY SINGLE PERSON.

  12. Ability to create a library of Auto Messages

    Much like we can create our own exercise library, it would be great to create certain auto messages that we can simply grab and drop into the calendar for a program. I feel like I am re-writing these every time. If you could select Auto Messages and then it took you to a library that you have created and you could simply select the appropriate message (with editing features if needed) it would be a huge time saver.

  15. Voice memo’s in messaging that way you can give feedback & clients can better read your tonality when coaching.

    I often use trainerize + WhatsApp strictly for the voice memo features. It benefits the client to be able to ask questions on the fly. It also benefits the trainer to be able to be more time efficient with responses. Additionally, having a voice memo feature allows for there to be less confusion with tone when giving coaching cues and critiques.

  17. Bulk delete Auto Messages

    Ability to bulk edit or delete auto messages. Currently the sign for deleting auto messages is greyed out. Can we please have this ability. It's a chore to go in and delete all these auto messages one by one.

  18. Increase video length from 1 minute to 5 minutes to support weekly client video check-ins

    Increase video length from 1 minute to 5 - 10 minutes to support weekly client video check-ins. More coaches are moving from form based check-ins to video check-ins, clients have to send me multiple 1 minute videos to get all their points across currently and it would be good to be able to send it all in one video.
