This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    The ability to send bulk-individualized messages with an @everyone feature (like it does in group training). Having to individually enter each name is a huge time-suck and difficult to manage...

  2. Can auto messages be set to ongoing rather than up to just 52 weeks

    Can auto messages be set to ongoing rather than up to just 52 weeks. Or maybe an option where you can turn them on or off. Including maybe an option to edit or delete in bulk.

  3. Auto-message on Purchase WITHOUT a Time Requirment.

    Allow an auto-message upon purchase OR "day #" of program REGARDLESS of time purchased.

    As of now, you can only set a time and day for automessages. If its set for Day 1 7am, and someone buys at 7:04am they will NEVER get the Day 1 message.

    We need to be able to send the day 1 message OR upon purchase without regard to the time purchased.

  5. Upgrade filtering options in message section

    Have the ability to put messages in favorite, add tags to certain conversations, due date or date reminders to do a certain follow-up, add automatic messages individually, filter by tag, group, activity level, not messaged lately, etc.

  6. Add an EMAIL autofield feature in the chat

    Having an {email} autofield like the already available {firstname} would be helpful for trainerize wanting to create personalised links or automations.

  9. Bold - Italic - Underline

    It would be nice to change the font to bold, italic, or underline. That way we can put some important words into consideration and divide the paragraphs and subjects in the group chat.

  10. Client direct messaging &/or group messaging

    In all messaging, allow the coach to pin important messages.
    In all messaging, include a search bar so previous messages can be found easier for both the coach & client rather than needing to scroll through all messages to find a specific one.
    In both direct & group messaging, allow old or no longer relevant files to be removed from "files" by the coach.
    In group messaging, add a tab for "links" so the coach can provide clients important links can be uploaded & removed when no longer relevant & clients can easily find them.

  11. Auto messages in Mobile App

    I would like to be able to review outgoing or sent auto messages on the mobile app without accessing the desktop version, and without having to go through the calendar or the dash.
    It would be much more useful to see and edit what auto messages are coming for both groups and individual clients.

  12. Be able to customize "payment failure" message

    The payment failure messages are worded incredibly harsh. I would like to be able to customize them, just like we are able to with every other automated message. Not sure why this is an option for all automated messages EXCEPT this one?

  14. Edit welcome message before sending

    I had to turn off the welcome messages entirely because for many clients I need to make small changes that are relevant to the package they buy. I end up sending welcome messages via email instead. It would be great to do everything through trainerize and have the option to edit the welcome message template prior to sending it out (without altering the entire message template) so if I need to add or remove an details for one particular new client it will be easy to do so without changing the entire auto message and then changing it back after…

  16. AUTOMATIC RESPONSES DURING OFF HOURS

    During hours when we are not working we a “quiet mode” akin what Instagram currently has but they also get an automated response saying “Coach John Doe isn’t available as he is off-duty between the hours of 6pm” It would help our clients know that we’re not leaving them hanging. As long as this doesn’t cause any further complications within the system I think this is an absolute MUST/necessity.

  17. Would love to be able to have an additional option to set up auto messages to go out RIGHT AFTER a client completes a workout.

    Would love to be able to have an additional option to set up auto messages to go out out once a client completes a workout.

    Many times I find myself not using the feature because it get's very screwy and feels very robotic if a message goes out asking my client how the workout went for a specific workout and they end up doing it on another day.

    That way I would feel MUCH better about inputting messages and nothing would get missed. Thanks!

  18. reply to a specific message while chatting with clients

    while connecting with clients. most of the times the clients send more than 1 messages to which we have to reply seperately. so to avoid any inconvenience please initiate a feature of replying to a specific message

  20. Allow shortened URLs in messages

    Problem Statement:
    Currently, users cannot include clickable shortened URLs in messages via the mobile app. When a user attempts to share links from services like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, TinyURL, etc., the URLs are displayed as plain text. This results in long, unsightly URLs being pasted into chats, which can appear unprofessional.

    Idea Statement:
    To enhance user experience and professionalism in messaging, the app should allow the use of shortened URLs. This can either be implemented by allowing users to paste shortened links directly or by automatically
