Copy Calendar
When you copy a calendar from the same client to a new phase, or from one client to another, it should copy the calendar as it was written by the coach. It should be copied as it was written and scheduled by the coach, NOT how the client performed it and with all their extracurricular activities. Easy example: If the coach programmed a training day on Monday, but the client slid it to Tuesday, when the coach copies it should remain on Monday.

I would love to be able to download the conversation between myself and my clients into a document or pdf.
I would love to be able to download the conversation between myself and my clients into a document or pdf. In the era of ChatGPT it would be awesome to be able to upload chats into the GPT to help with content creation. It would also be great to be able to search the document to find specific parts of conversations etc.

Add Backend notes to check in
It would be great to be able to leave notes on the backend that only coaches can see on client check ins.

Add "Attachment" to check in forms
I’m really glad that Trainerize has finally added check-in forms. It potentially can save me from having to send them out individually. That said, it would be even more useful if the forms allowed clients to upload attachments. For example, I ask my clients to send a screenshot of their weekly average steps for accountability, which isn’t currently possible through the check-in feature. It doesn’t seem like this would be difficult to implement, so I really hope it’s included in the next update.

Checkins
Link the data for individual member checkins to their accounts so if someone has not checked into the club in a certain amount of time - it tags them as a nonusage for an attrition risk and then we are able to automate reengagement messages through the app.

Notify the client on days they have workouts scheduled
Sometimes my clients forget to open the app every day and miss workouts. It would be helpful for trainerize to notify clients on days workouts are scheduled.

AI for Auto Messaging (Client Specific)
It would be nice if we could have our own AI assistant that we could explain our business model/ program too. In doing so the AI assistant would be able to have full blown conversations with each client based around their needs. This would further automate certain areas for the trainer, and would take the load off for personally messaging each client.

Trainer can have a program/dashboard similar to clients
I program myself, it would be great to be able to create a program on my trainer profile and be able to add habits/goals in the app. I'm taking up a client slot at the moment and I don't have easy access to my own 'client dashboard', I have to log in and out of it which I don't do anymore.
I think it would be a really nice feature be able to integrate coaching and our own personal programmes, goals and habits in once place. It would work well to organise our scheduled and training days/calendars.

Notes section for Clients
Clients often say a spot to keep notes all week so they remember things when it comes time to do their check-in. Just like we can keep notes on them, they want to be able to do it for themselves too.

Make consultation form more user friendly
Now that we have the check in form functionality, which is super user friendly, easy to build and looks really clean from both the client and coach side, could we edit the consultation form to be formatted and able to be built and edited in the same way as the check in forms? Rather than with the current set up of coding

Feature Idea: Automated Weekly Client Check-In Generator
The idea is for Trainerize to scan each client’s full program and account data at the end of the week, including workouts completed, steps, habits, measurements, progress photos, compliance, and any notes. Based on this, the app would:
Automatically generate and send a personalized weekly check-in message to the client, summarizing their week (e.g., wins, areas to improve, consistency score, upcoming focus points).

Prevent Harassment from Gym Billing
Hello Trainerize Team,
I wanted to share some feedback that might help improve the app experience for users who attempt to cancel their gym memberships. Apparently they make it so it is impossible to ever cancel!
Right now, when a UFC gym membership is cancelled, accounts remain in a “Cancellation Pending” state. This creates confusion — both for users and for the gyms — because it’s unclear whether the account is truly inactive. Add a client resource folder button to client's profiles for trainers to add videos tutorials or pdf guides for clients
It would be helpful to have a dedicated Client Resource Folder button within each client’s profile. This feature would allow trainers to easily upload and organize video tutorials, PDF guides, nutrition resources, and other educational materials specific to that client.
The goal is to create a centralized hub where clients can access all their personalized resources directly inside their app, instead of using external links or email attachments. This would streamline onboarding, improve the coaching experience, and keep client education consistent and easily accessible for both trainers and clients.
