1. allow users to have access to trainerize exercises but not clients

   If we want to see trainerize workouts or programs we have to allow clients to see the generic trainerize exercises in the permissions.

   Personally I don't like seeing demonstrations of someone who can't keep balance on a squat to calf raise, a chance of clients seeing '3 day intermediate db/bench workouts presented alongside a picture of someone doing a kettlebell swing or the many other poorly performed or badly explained movements.I prefer to demonstrate and describe my own exercises and without subjecting my clients to this I have to change permissions so my clients can't access this **** but then i can't have access to any of trainerizes programs or ideas to make coaching easier without it being at the expense of still being done properly

4. Scheduling future non-paid Private/Semi Sessions

   Current Issue:
   Right now, the only way Trainers/Owners can schedule future appointments in the system is if the client has credits available. This creates two operational problems:
   1. I either have to manually schedule the next 4 sessions every time a client pays for credits, or;
   2. I have to add credits to their account in advance, which can cause confusion about how many sessions they actually have left.

   Proposed Solution:
   Allow trainers/owners to schedule future sessions even if client has limited or no credits available, but have the system automatically notify the trainer/owner when an upcoming session(s) has not yet been paid for.

   Reason for Request:
   This would allow trainers/owners to see their future calendar in full, making it easier to manage availability for other clients who might need to reschedule due to vacations, or events, or other conflicts. It prevents booking overlaps, improves scheduling flexibility, and streamlines workflow.

   If there's already an effective way to manage this within the current system, I'm all ears!

5. Add PDFs/custom links in the more section for clients

   Add PDFs/custom links in the more section for clients for smaller trainers too not just for Studio & Enterprise accounts with Custom Branded Apps.

   Ability to add links to link out to pages to buy supplements, equipment, clothing etc.
   Have a space to upload recipe guides, starting guides etc.

   This will be for everyone.

   This is a very useful feature that can streamline the onboarding process and help smaller trainers grow faster and gain more clients.

6. The ability to turn the nutrition portion on or off for members who only are interested in the fitness aspect.

   Create the ability to turn the nutrition aspect of the app on or off. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to turn certain parts of the app on or off. Turn off the ability for certain clients to see the nutrition side of the app vs. having full access.

7. Be able to change coaching type, action, and duration in the edit calendar feature

   I am often having to cancel appointments just to recreate them again when something has changed for myself or my client in that appointment time. I have hybrid clients that ask to switch whether we meet in person or online, as well as some who need nutrition or habit coaching and decide to do that instead of a workout for time restrictions. It would also be helpful to be able to change the length of time to a specific type of of session, even one that we have created to be a specific length of time, so that if we have some extra time on the back end, we can accommodate the extra time.

8. Ability to create a note for cancelled sessions

   Instead of deleting a session from my calendar, I would like to be able to show it was cancelled and a note as to why so that I can go back to look at how many sessions my client actually completed with me, how many were cancelled and why they were cancelled. And also have a check box to indicate whether the client cancelled or the trainer cancelled.

10. PLEASE ADD BILLING DATE CHANGES, AND MEMBERSHIP PAUSING

    Being able to pause/freeze a client's membership and change a billing date is one of the most fundamental features a CRM software should have! Not having these basic features as a single action is really making me want to switch software from Trainerize.

12. Trainer notified whenever client starts workout, thats really important

    Clients will feel so followed up on when they know that we as trainers get notified whenever they start their workout. it's like an alarm for them that if we didn't get notified means we'll know that they missed on their workout!

15. deactivate clients at future date (if not always using trainerize products and payments)

    I have many clients that sign up and pay via other systems to trainerize. It would be good to be able to deactivate accounts on the trainerize app at a specific date in future instead of the immediate option it currently has.

16. When the program ends, the client should no longer have access to their program or workouts.

    Clients are repeating their previous programs after they end without paying. Each time, I have to reset them to basic access so they won’t be able to see the content and will ask me to renew.

17. It would be helpful if a trainer can just reset a client's password

    Most older clients don't know how to use their phones. It would be helpful if a trainer can do all these simple things for them to save them the headache of finding the email then resetting their password. Many of my users are over 70 and don't know how to use tech.

    It would be awesome to be able to create a task/reminder list that syncs with the calendar so we can keep track of things we need to do for the clients and important dates and events coming up.

    In the notifications, an additional "General Notifications" should be added that allows the coach to receive a notification everytime a client's status changes as a way to better track clients who are "delinquent" on payments.
