This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  7. Remove the 4.22mins long 'Watch getting started video' from customized branded app

    Replace or remove the default 'watch getting started video' shown to new clients when logging in. It pops up after the few seconds 'welcome video' when a new client joins and is nearly 4.30mins long!!

    This current Trainerize video doesn’t reflect my customised brand or onboarding process. Being able to upload a custom welcome video would help create a more personal experience from the start, especially when paying for it to be personalized.

  9. Adjust the Notification Period for Customers

    Customers should be able to select a different time each day to receive their habit reminders. My customer has already begun work and eaten before it goes off at 10:00 a.m., so he doesn't have a reminder to weigh in.

    Additionally, the earliest communications can only be delivered at 5:00 a.m. through the automated system. At four in the morning, my client would like the mails despatched. Neither the behavior notifications nor the automated messages offered any method to prompt my client to undertake weigh-ins at specific intervals.   10. Make Printing Of Programs Look Better ( remove Play button + Add Business logo to printout)

    Please make the printout of a program look better. Currently, the big Play arrow covers half the photo, and our business logo does not appear. Some people prefer printouts.

  11. Get help when the app does not work

    Ability to get LIVE help on a call / live chat when the app breaks. For over 3 weeks, the issue hasn't been resolved, and they only respond via email—no live support. Given the price, it's frustrating that they won't offer a refund or proper assistance.

  12. Inherit Light/Dark Mode from Account Settings on Login Screen

    Problem:
    A recent change to the login screen defaults it to dark mode, creating visibility issues for trainers using dark logos. This is particularly problematic for trainers who pay for a branded experience, as users encounter an "off-brand" experience upon logging into the portal. While the web app and mobile app adhere to the light/dark mode and logo preferences set in account settings, the login screen does not. This inconsistency undermines the seamless branding expected across the platform.

  13. Custom Links Page Available for Studio Accounts with Pro CBA

    There is no error message on the Custom Branded App custom link page to indicate that Studio Accounts with Pro CBAs will not see the custom links on the app which causes confusion and frustration

  15. Allow users to modify their RPE entry

    My clients are clicking off too fast on the RPE button and by default, it rates their RPE at 1/10. They want to be able to go back and modify their entry.

    When a client finishes their workout and can post it to their Instagram or Facebook maybe it display the branding of the company/business rather than just the "Congratulations, You've completed your Workout"

    Adding The hide workout feature was extremely useful. The ability to add a client's entire program to his/her training plan and making only the ones you want them to do during a particular cycle is MUCH more effective

  19. Make custom content as robust as built-in content!

    When I create custom habits, they are severely hamstrung in terms of what can be shown to the client on the display page. Most clients do not swipe to the next page and do not understand how habits work. They simply see a habit name and mark it as completed or ignore it.

    When I create a new exercise, I can't choose the thumbnail used and there are no looping video excerpts. I also can't make a grouped left/right split version of them.

    Both of these are examples of how the built in content has powers/features that are not available…
