Deliver all workouts with the card by card style
I have been using this program for a bit through one of my employers. One of the biggest comments I receive from clients is the lack of ease during transitions between exercises in the regular format and circuit format. Being who I am, I decided to actually try out the program as a client and do the workouts. I now see what my clients are referring to. Basically, when developing a workout using the interval format, as soon as someone taps the start button, they get a countdown and the workout begins. However, with this format, the trainer can only…

Broaden the Trainerize community
I think the entire Trainerize community could feel
More connected and motivated with weekly/fortnightly access to livestream sessions which are then accessible in the exercise library. Kind of like a Trainerize Tribe. Could also include challenges to increase motivation and adherence1 vote -
In- Workout personal notes
The ability for subscribers to add notes to individual exercises in the workouts
Could be a simple three dot menu next to the exercise that brings up a drop down that says
- too light
- just right
- too heavyOr even better would be a small description box with smaller font so could see custom note in next workout
Examples:
- felt a weird punch
- weight felt light today
- next workout go up/ do more repsCould be next to previous weeks reps x weight area

Quick exercise substitution
The workout builder includes an exercise substitution tab. Similar to what is in the workout. This would help with program templates. Instead of having to delete each exercise and add new exercises. You would substitute each exercise within the program. This would be beneficial for progressing a current workout into a new workout.

Self paced programs vs continuous calendar
It would be nice if there was a self paced program option... where clients can buy into a program and take it at their own pace. It would should the next day of training until it is complete that way the calendar does not continue until they complete the workouts.
Vs the continuous calendar that we have now that moves forward without the client having to complete the training.

workout compliance
Low workout compliance gets calculated weekly on Sunday. I would like to know that the client has low workout compliance every 3 days, NOT WEEKLY. I want to catch that sooner.

different rest periods possibility between each set
I want to give every set a different rest period. Now I have one option for all the sets in one exercise
Or
I have to plan several times the same exercise to arrange that but this will change the progression data...

The trainer app is too slow while in training
The app is to slow while a user is filling in their sets and reps... Ok it's maybe 1 sec but it's annoying

Expanded Programing Screen
When I input exercises into the workout the names of exercises get cut off. Sometimes exercise variations have nearly identical names and having the names cut off makes it more tedious to manage. I've tried "zooming out" on the browser but that changes the size of the exercise database more than improving the actual workout layout

Ability to click and drag to reorder items on calendar day instead of deleting and readding each piece
If you have a warm up, a workout and a cool down, you should be able to rearrange them on the calendar day instead of having to delete / re-add components so they show up in the right order.

Allow clients to see descriptions for on-demand programs
When new clients have access to on-demand programs it would be nice if they could see the description and any pointers rather than only instructions on the individual workouts

Being able to make private workouts for full access clients.
Being able to make a workout private so only i can see the intensity and volume for my own records, and accessible for my clients to perform on their own. It would be nice to have the option for both without having to change the type of client.

Ability to edit incorrect stats
For example, the wrong weights and reps were put in during a workout and then saved. I noticed this the next time we went to do a movement and the numbers didn’t make sense.
I want the ability to click on the stat from the movement page and edit it. I know you can do this by going to the day on the calendar it was completed but it would be much more convenient to edit stats this way.

See workout comments in Master Program
See all clients workout comments within a master program.
Example Monday's training : all comments will appear in one place within the master program
This will allow you to see if the training session is overall too hard, easy, ect.
You can view the ratings and comments from all members overtime to improve your programs.

option to provide the client with a weight for an exersize based of a percentage of their 1 rep max and for the app to auto calculate this
make an option to tell your client what weight to use on a specific exercise, however the option should allow you to input the 1 rep max and a percentage and the app should auto calculate this and set the correct weight for my client to lift.

Be able to view and edit full client program on one screen
When designing a program I currently create it somewhere else first as I like to see the full picture and how each day interplays with the others. It would be great to be able to see and edit the program when creating so you do not need to double up on work

Add a workout quick edit feature where we can add/remove sets/exercises from future workouts without having to unschedule, edit, reschedule
Currently, if we want to add or reduce sets in workouts based on client feedback we have to:
Open the training programme
Unschedule the future workouts
Make the changes to the progression spreadsheet (and struggle to remember what the original progressions were)
Then reschedule.
Trainerize would be far superior to its competitors if it had a feature allowing trainers to easily scroll forwards to scheduled workouts and make quick edits like adding/removing sets, changing exercises etc2 votes
