Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Favourites Section for Client Exercises

    I’d like to suggest a feature that could help both coaches and clients when it comes to navigating the extensive exercise library: a “Favourites” section for exercises on the client side.

    Problem:
    With so many similar exercise variations in the library (e.g. “Walking Lunges” vs. “Dumbbell Walking Lunges”), clients often click on the wrong version when completing workouts. As a result, their tracked weights from previous sessions don’t carry over, which interrupts the flow of their training and makes progressive overload harder to manage.

    Suggestion:
    Adding a “Favourites” or “Saved Exercises” section would allow clients to easily find and use…

  3. AI PROGRAM WRITING

    "Ask AI" search bar on program writing tab
    Type in what you'd like it to do when generating a new phase and the exercise selections

    Example: Create a 2 x 8 week phase program, with each phase having 4 programs (2 x upper & 2 x lower). Refrence the progress tab to ensure you don't use any exercises the client has used in the past 12 months. Use 4-8 rep ranges for compound movements, and 8-12 for isolations.

    The AI then creates the phase, and programs inside, for you to tweak. Savings HOURS of time

  4. Master Programs - Pausing

    Adjusting client having off week without disturbing the program.

    Being able to alter a specific clients master program without having to 'change duration' and have their program restart. A client of mine was sick and took a week off. However I need her to complete the week off before progressing in her program.

    This needs to be an addition to the app.

  5. Better master programs

    Do I just not know how to use the premade master programs ? It seems like there’s ONLY a handful and they only have a few workouts in them which are barely l enough effort for clients who know what they’re doing. I’m expecting a bit more than “ weeks 1-3” and only like three workouts lol essentially I want actual programs outside of the ones I’m making myself.

  6. Movement Substitutions Auto-Populate in Upcoming Workouts.

    I would love to see an option where substituting a movement in the training program or within an actual workout when training a client on my app live with a client can automatically fill in that movement in ALL of the upcoming scheduled workouts under the same name.

    Example: Workout 1, scheduled to be repeated on Mondays for 8 weeks.
    Superset 1:
    1a) Goblet Squat
    1b) Pull-up

    Superset 2:
    2a) Dumbbell Bench Press
    2b) Barbell Romanian Deadlift

    I learn in the first session that a dumbbell row would be a much better option for this client than the pull-up, so…

  7. Deload week toggle

    Have an option for a deload week within a program or at least a so that their weight and reps are not recorded as what they did the last week. Sometimes I do specific muscle group deloads and will accidentally do the weight shown as my last weight so this could be also be fixed by showing the last two weeks instead of just the last week next to the exercise. Or at least a notes section next to each exercise to record that you did a different tempo, used a different attachment etc. so we know why they were…

  8. Client exercise substitutions should carryover through the program

    We have some one-on-one clients and we have some autonomous clients that work with us through our branded app. A bulk of the friction feedback that we receive from our autonomous clients is that when they make exercise substitutions in a OnDemand program, they do not carry forward into the subsequent weeks. They have to continue to make the substitution week after week. This is small but it also seems like a poor user experience.

    Does anyone else think it would be a good idea to have user substitutions carry forward through the program, especially if they're based on accessibility?

  9. Allow clients to input weight/resistance for banded exercises again

    Clients used to be able to track the weight/resistance they're using for banded exercises, but this has disappeared for a lot of banded exercises. Would be super helpful to add this back in so we can track their progress. Thanks

  10. Ability to copy a WOD from calendar to master library

    It would be super awesome to be able to create a wod in a client's calendar and then be able to copy and save that to the master library for future use. Building a program or sitting down at the computer to create a workout isn't always ideal and time efficient.

  11. Walking/ Running up AND DOWN stairs

    Walking up and down stairs, or running up and down stairs, for strengthening and conditioning for hiking and life in general, as well as rehab in some cases, even a few minutes walking slowly backwards on the treadmill works, if starting slow and using the sides for balance. Preparing someone for the ASCENT is all good and well but the DESCENT is the killer, ask any ultra distance runner of the comrades which is worse, the up or down run? the same can be said for hiking and tactical work, as well as rehabilitation.

  12. My client asks: "Can you separate the timer button from the dots that start the video . About 50% of the time I’m trying to start the timer

    Can you separate the timer button from the dots that start the video. My client says that about 50% of the time she's trying to start the timer but activates the video screen instead. They are VERY close together. Thank you for considering.

    Allow trainers to include RPA and BPM per exercise as part of the "Enter Stats" functionality. Trainers use perceived exertion (RPE) and BPM/HR per each exercise during a training session to adjust the program for the next session. They need to be able to track this in the app. Also, could the trainer update the exercise for he next sessions live while training the client?

  14. Have ability to label blocks within a session

    I would appreciate the option to separate blocks within a session, allowing clients to clearly understand what to focus on. For example, a prep block, a strength block, and a conditioning block.

    add a spot to each exercise that you can add notes during the session with a client that follows that exercise just like reps and weights. Example...Cable Overhead tricep extension note would be hole 10

  16. Being able to view the history of an exercise for each client when programming

    It would be ideal to be able to see how a client has performed in the past for each exercise (if they have already done an exercise). It is possible to see the history of an exercise when the program is being performed but not when it is being built. Having this function would allow coaches to program faster, with more accuracy and client would have better results.

  17. Allow trainers to put tags and/or put exercices in favorite so its easier to find.

    We all have our favorite exercices that we do over and over again.
    Also the built in tag is not optimal, example the new mobility exercices dont even show when i filter mobility. So maybe do something about that.

  18. Allow addition of JPG/PDF images to workouts

    many clients also see a physical therapist and have exercises they are given on paper. It would be great to be able to add these so they have all their moves in one place. I also assign short yoga sequences and the library does not have these moves so uploading a jpg or PDF of a short routine would be super key.

  19. Show Workout Splits for Clients on Their Homepage

    We are a 99% in-person training facility with ~125 members. It would be really beneficial to show a customizable workout split on each client’s homepage; literally just text to show push/pull/legs/etc. would suffice. Instead of programming full, detailed workouts, we just want to provide a structure with muscle focus and exercise options so that each client knows what they should expect each day. Having to create full workouts with sets/reps isn't feasible for our gym, as many come at varying times and we have a limited number of each machine/equipment. Otherwise, our gym has no benefit to using the programming…
